The View! Step inside and be greeted by triple sliding glass doors in both the living room and primary bedroom, offering panoramic Gulf views. The private balcony spans the entire front of the unit.

Steps to the Sand – Take the elevator down, walk across the street, and you're on the beach!

House Rules:
-GLASS IS NOT ALLOWED OUTSIDE YOUR CONDO DOOR.
-Please do not feed birds on property.
-Do NOT hang, climb, throw, or pour things off the balcony.
-Children under 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
-All guest must dry off before entering the building.
-This is a non-smoking property.
-Proper attire is required in the common areas inside the building.
-No events or parties of any kind allowed.
-Must be 24 years or older to book. Sleeps up to 6; for your comfort, it is limited to a maximum of four adults.

-Building staff picks up trash daily if your garbage is bagged and put at
the front door, or there is a dumpster in the parking lot.
-The pool and cabana area have gas grills and a firepit.
-Communal laundry room has new front-load washers and dryers, $2 per machine using the app.

-Safety and security are important at By the Sea, with 24/7 front desk staff and security
personnel and a gated parking lot in the rear. The gated lot is locked at midnight, while
the parking lot in front accommodates late-night entries. A parking fee covers your
entire stay.

-Streaming services are available, but guests must log in using their accounts.

-2 dog limit. Bring proof of rabies vaccination.
-This complex, on the dog-friendly Babe’s Beach, welcomes pets with an on-site fenced dog park and waste
bags. There is a $10.83 per stay fee for pets, payable directly to the condo upon check-in.

-This unit is located on the 4 th floor. Access by 2 elevators and stairs. Stairwells
locked after 10 p.m.

-Parking is available for a fee of $37.89 per vehicle paid directly to the condo upon
check-in. The fee covers your entire stay.

-Construction may be occurring at the property through April 15. Heavy equipment
may be heard from 8 am to 5 pm Monday through Saturday. Front parking lot closed
weekdays during construction.
