Needs improvement
1. Floors wet when we arrived because they had just been mopped. There was water oozing from the flooring in the kitchen. When dry the floors were sticky.2. The bathroom sink barely drained. We finally just used the kitchen sink. The shower drained better but stillstanding in water while showering.3. There were two bath towels and two washcloths left on the dining room table upon our arrival. In the kitchen there was a roll of paper towels. No hand towels or kitchen towels provided.4. All surfaces in the rental required wiping. End tables were dusty. The dining room table and kitchen counter tops were not clean. The stove and oven needed a good cleaning.5. While we were required to return the rental in the exact same condition we found it, we feel we left it cleaner. My husband wore socks and I wore shoes during the entirety of our visit. His socks were filthy from walking on the "clean," sticky floor.6. Not all the windows had screens so we were unable to open all the windows for ventilation.7. We were glad that we were in the rental when the electric company came to disconnect the power due to payments in arrears. Had we not been there we would have returned to the rental that evening to find no power. (A call to the owner solved the problem.)8. The stairway could use more railings.Positives: New Keurig. Nice microwave and toaster. Washer/dryer combo were excellent. TV and internet service were good. Nice new floor fan to circulate the air.
