Escape to this beautiful farmhouse in Italy's Le Marche region, complete with an organic olive grove and a large pool. Perfect for families, large groups of adults and children alike! The house is located near the the picturesque walled village of Camporotondo di Fiastrone.

With 7 bedrooms including 6 queen beds, a cot and 1 bunk bed, guests will feel right at home. One of the bedrooms is in the guesthouse with a kitchenette and an accessible bathroom, just steps from the main house for those who want a little more privacy!

Enjoy the tranquil surroundings and modern amenities such as WiFi, air conditioning, and a washing machine/dryer. 5 bathrooms are equipped with a shower, bidet, and hair dryer for your convenience while one bedroom and the bunk room share a bathroom with a tub/shower combination.

On the first floor, there is a second living area with a TV and which divides the bedrooms and provides another area to relax and unwind.

There is a sun room off the main floor living room which also has a desk and two chairs. Perfect for relaxing with a good book!

The kitchen has been remodeled with new appliances and all the amenities needed to cook up a gourmet meal for your group! In the dining area, there is also a high chair available for the little ones. There is both indoor and outdoor dining along with a table tennis set up for some fun competition!

With panoramic views of the Sibillini mountains and ancient oak trees by day, enjoy a glass of wine while watching the amazing sunsets and stargazing around the outdoor fire pit by night. You may never want to not to leave the house! But...if you do, historic towns such as Ascoli Piceno, Sarnano, Perugia and Assisi are all within driving distance.

If you’re looking for a place that offers all the delights of “la dolce vita”, then Le Marche won’t disappoint. This region is known by locals as 'the real Italy'. You’ll discover authentic slow food, DOC award-winning wines, majestic mountains, blue-flag beaches and a vibrant cultural heritage. We had a wonderful stay at Casa Fiastrone. The house is beautiful, comfortable and very well suited for a relaxing family holiday. We really enjoyed the region and the peaceful surroundings, despite the particularly hot weather during our stay.Everything went very smoothly. We would happily recommend Casa Fiastrone and would definitely consider coming back!Thank you again for a great week!

This is a lovely property with fairly easy access to the wider area. Lovely pool. There were 14 of us over four generations and we all had plenty of room. The kitchen is excellent if you wish to cook but there are restaurants This is a very beautiful part of Italy and as usual the locals are friendly and helpful.

We had the most amazing week at this beautiful villa near Camporotondo di Fiastrone. Our extended family stayed here and the house was perfect for families as there was plenty of space for all of us, and to find a quiet spot when needed. Every bedroom was lovely, so there was no one feeling like they had drawn the short straw on a room. The kitchen was so well equipped, so cooking was a breeze and the outdoor eating space covered with vines was a perfect place to eat with respite from the sun.The location is remote and so has the most fantastic views across the hills and valleys - the firepit seating provided a perfect spot to watch the sun go down.The pool was fabulous the kids loved all of the inflatables that were available.Paolo, the property manager was lovely and very responsive.The icing on the cake was Susan and her brilliant communication, local recommendations and thoughtful touches. She has created a really special Italian retreat and we would highly recommend it to everyone. We hope to return in the future!

My family and I had a fantastic stay at this beautiful villa with our extended family. The house was spacious, comfortable and perfectly suited to a large group, giving everyone plenty of room to relax and enjoy time together.The property has clearly been finished to an exceptionally high standard, with no expense spared. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, combining beautiful traditional Italian character with high-quality finishes and everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. The pool was a real highlight ! It was lovely to spend the days swimming with the numerous inflatables/pool toys provided. Another favourite was the fire pit, which was the perfect spot to gather together in the early mornings or evenings. Sitting around the fire and looking out over the valley as the sun went down was incredibly special and created some of the family’s favourite memories of the trip.The villa was also beautifully looked after by Paolo, the housekeeper who was incredibly helpful with the villa as well as providing local knowledge for the area. Susan, the host, was fantastic too providing excellent communication from start to finish and was always helpful and responsive whenever I had a question.We would happily stay here again and would highly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a relaxing place to stay with family or a large group. Susan and Jed should be proud of the tranquil retreat they have created that is Casa Delle Querce.

We hebben hier met 6 volwassenen en 5 kinderen (van 2 tot 7 jaar) een geweldige week gehad. Het is een zeer volledig huis met een goed uitgeruste keuken (de eerste levensmiddelen zijn aanwezig), op de begane grond 3 vertrekken (in open verbinding met elkaar), mogelijkheden binnen en buiten om te eten en te relaxen, een stenen barbecue met relaxstoelen met het mooiste uitzicht dat je je voor kan stellen, een tafeltennistafel, spelletjes/ speelgoedkast en......een fantastisch zwembad mét een kist vol spullen om in het water te gebruiken. Wij waren met 2 grootouders en twee gezinnen. In ons geval hadden de twee gezinnen elk een verdieping met 3 slaapkamers en badkamers (alle vertrekken met airco! Wij grootouders hadden een eigen verblijf naast het grote huis. Ook dit huis(je) was volledig ingericht (zie de foto's) en airco-gekoeld. In de fijne SAMEN-week voelde het toch ook goed om nog een klein beetje privacy te hebben. Dat gold voor iedereen en deze combinatie van 2 slaapverdiepingen en het " bij-huis" maakte dit mogelijk.Met de eigenaresse Susan hebben we van begin af aan goed contact gehad en kregen steeds snel antwoord op onze vragen. Daarnaast was er een behulpzame manager (Paolo), die per app bereikbaar was. Hij regelde een tandarts op zondag en ging zelfs mee om te "tolken", kwam informeren na een stormachtige onweersnacht of alles goed was gegaan en stuurt eerdaags een vergeten haardroger op naar Nederland. Kortom TOP!!!We kunnen dit huis van harte aanbevelen

We are residents of Park City, Utah in the USA. Living in this small town allows us to do the outdoor activities we love such as skiing, hiking and biking. In addition to these activities, we love having friends and family over to make pizza in our pizza oven and to drink good wine!

We enjoy hosting and opening up our home to guests so that they too can enjoy and hopefully come to appreciate this little known region of Italy.

We had traveled to Italy many times (our daughter did 2 different semesters abroad in both Rome and Siena) and fell in love with the country while visiting. We found this home during the pandemic and bought it, sight unseen, in a province that is relatively unknown to most Americans. We most enjoy simply sitting on the sunset patio with a glass of wine or an Aperol Spritz, talking with our friends and family and enjoying the view! Bar Monia, just outside the small walled city of Camporotondo di Fiastrone, is also a great place to enjoy a glass of wine and watch the local kids play soccer/football/calcio and the older crowd playing gin rummy! Most of the local food and wine in the region is excellent and inexpensive.

Our property is unique in that we have recently planted 3,000 olive trees on the property and hope to be able to export our own olive oil when they mature.

We also found that the old oak trees on the property are actually 'Oregon Oaks'. We found this serendipitous as I was born and raised in the state of Oregon in the US,
