Welcome to your perfect beach getaway! This inviting townhome offers a comfortable retreat with a fabulous view of the sound and steps from the sand and surf of North Topsail Beach. 3BR/2BA/Sleeps 8

Enjoy the pool or fish off the pier right outside the back door. For added entertainment, the remodeled garage features a 65” TV, ping pong, foosball, and corn hole—perfect for game nights or watching your favorite sports and shows. Whether you’re relaxing at the pool or soaking up the sun on the beach, you’ll love coming back to unwind.

A charcoal grill is provided; however guests will need to provide their own charcoal.

With 3 spacious bedrooms with TV’s—1 king, 2 queens, and a twin trundle (under queen bed upstairs)—plus a cozy sofa bed in the living room, there’s plenty of space for families or groups of friends.

Enjoy the convenience of 2 full bathrooms, and an outside shower to help you refresh after a fun-filled day.

The kitchen and dining area seat eight and are equipped with home conveniences, including a coffee maker ,Keurig machine, blender and a cooktop for preparing home-cooked meals.

Washer/Dryer is located on the main level.
**NO smoking is allowed in this home.**

Perfect place and location for family . Eye clean and nicely decorated. Views of sound was beautiful grounds are well groomed and easily accessible to board walk to ocean Host was very good about responding and communication .

Amazing place

We love staying in Bermuda Landing! This is our third time staying in different condos there and this place was the best by far! The basement area is perfect for families! We are down there several nights and ate out on the back deck as well! Beautiful, clean place!!

Property was very clean , we had everything we needed to prepare meals , the beds were so comfortable. The pool for the property was kept clean and refreshing after a day spent shopping or at the beach. We enjoyed the game room downstairs and had many laughs there .I would recommend this property for a fun and relaxing vacation.

Great place to stay. Central to Surf City and Top Sail side bridges. Sound view is wonderful with options for the pool and beach. Our hosts were great, very responsive and answered any questions we had. Accommodations are fantastic and the game room was really nice to have during our stay.

The place was just as advertised. The view of sound was amazing! The pool was great and the added bonus of the game room in the garage is great for teenagers. We had a great time!

Very clean and just a skip from the beach!! Game room was pretty awesome for the kids. Had a projector that made for some fun movie times on the wall in the game room. Shower outside was great for washing off all our gear when we came back from the beach. The pool was nice and refreshing but the pair was great!! Loved being able to fish every e ending and just watch some wonderful sunsets! Over all would definately come back to this place.

This was the best unit in Bermuda landing that we have ever stayed in. And probably the best unit we've stayed in on Topsail Island. This is absolutely, by far, the cleanest unit that we have ever stayed in on the island. Everything was operational, which is not a minor thing. All of the fixtures and accoutrements were top of the line in every room. It can't be overstated how much we enjoyed our stay. The temperature in the unit was perfect, and was always cool enough. The owners went above and beyond, even labeling the light switches. It was truly a wonderful vacation.....

I can not say enough good things about this place! We were so incredibly pleased with our stay. Everything we needed was at the house. It was a great location for everyone. The men loved being able to fish the sound and the kids loved the pool just a few steps away. The walk to the beach was easy! The hosts were very easy to communicate with and answered all questions we had. We will be back!
