Discover the beauty of Bristol from this marvelous 1-bedroom house. A charming living space and full kitchen/dining area offers a comfortable existence. The cozy bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, perfect for a good night's sleep.

Recently completely renovated, including new furnishings, enjoy the convenience of a fully equipped bathroom with a shower and hair dryer. The living room offers an additional space with a sofa bed for extra guests. Our place is equipped for both long or short stays to make your holiday one to remember, including a washing machine/dryer

Conveniently located in the Bristol Historic area, it is within walking distance of the Bristol waterfront, East Bay Bike Path, Unity Park, many fine restaurants, cafes, Pivotal Brewery, O'Brien and Brough distillery and more.

The property was totally new, beautifully renovated, neat clean and tidy! The kitchen had everything we needed-down to the last detail like even a rubber jar opener which really came in handy. Great location close to the town and the water. Host was very accommodating. We really enjoyed our stay!

This was a cozy little cottage close to downtown Bristol. Easy check-in, comfy bed and great shower. Nice quiet neighborhood. Great stay! We will definitely be booking here the next time you come to the area to visit family. The hosts were very responsive to any questions and got back to me quickly.

All around from the communication, super cool accommodations with every detail covered, we could tell the owners really cared about the quality of our stay. FANTASTIC! We can not rave enough about our stay at this cottage in Bristol! We have been to Rhode Island a handful of times, and Jim’s house was the best house/location we have been to. The location was perfect for walking through all of Bristol, and the house had everything we needed for our 7 day stay. Jim was extremely easy to communicate with! We can not wait to book again!

Bayview in Bristol was a perfect home away from home. My wife and I loved our private well appointed accommodations with beautiful upgrades including a beautiful glass shower with amazing body jets, a well appointed kitchen and a much appreciated washer and dryer for our use. Bed was cozy and the room lighting, A/C and ceiling fans were great for relaxing. Big thanks to our Host Jim who was very responsive.Matt And Christine

We had an excellent stay in Bristol, RI. The cottage was perfect for our needs. We slept very well after a long day of rugby at Beast of the East. The house was clean and well equipped. The communication from our hosts was top notch. We will stay again if we attend the tournament next year.

Jim was an exceptional host—very responsive, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay. What really stood out was how well-maintained the property was; everything was clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully cared for. The location was also fantastic—within easy walking distance to many great restaurants, shops, and the waterfront. I stayed for two months and truly appreciated Jim’s kindness and support during that time. It made the entire experience easy and enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

Such a great location, it has access to everything you need in Bristol. We loved that is had everything we needed to relax and have a base camp for our adventures around RI. Jim is also such a great person who is accessible at anytime you need him. Will definitely be looking to stay at this property again!

This is a great little studio within walking distance to downtown Bristol and the East Bay Bike Path. The full kitchen was well stocked. The shower has great water pressure. The bed was comfortable, too! Jim is a great host and very responsive to any questions/concerns. We'll definitely look to stay here again when we return to our hometown.
