Seapowet suite

My home has a connected suite for guests that is sitting on an acre and a half of wooded lawn surrounded by stone walls and bordering a wildlife sanctuary.

The space
Large living room with dining table, couch, chair and furnishings. Two bedrooms. One bathroom with shower. Cathedral ceiling with skylights in living room.

Guest access
Besides having access to the suite including living room, two bedrooms, and bathroom, guests can use their deck and the yard which is 1.5 acres of wooded lawn. There is a fire pit in the backyard for use as well depending on the weather.
Other things to note
There are local restaurants and coffee shops close by. Cannabis is now legal in this state and there are dispensaries nearby.

Simple accommodations with all basic needs met. Good location in Tiverton, close to everything in the area. Did the job providing a place to shower and sleep but felt a little pricey for what it was. No key was offered to me, just a door left unlocked which was also strange. As a woman traveling alone, this made me a little uncomfortable and I had a tough time settling in.

I am sorry you felt uncomfortable. We are usually home but that night we had a concert to go to. The sliding door cannot be locked on from the outside but does lock inside. and we live in a very safe area. It has never been a problem for the 6 years we have been doing this.

Really enjoyed the accommodations / bright and spacious with cathedral ceilings, and lots of light - beautiful natural setting - secluded but also conveniently located. Host was friendly and responsive. Would definitely recommend.

The place was cute and clean. The air conditioner did not work well. Bedrooms and had only fans. There was a lack of privacy with the stand alone air unit vented through the slider. This made impossible to close/lock the door. No key was provided as we could not lock from the outside and would have had to turn off the much needed air conditioner to close from the inside. We would have had to remove the entire ventilation strip to close the door. The drape for the slider was sheer and offered no privacy.

We throughly enjoyed our stay! Beautiful peaceful location with deer and turkey strolling around the yard. Plenty close to all the more crowded Easy Bay areas but without the crowds and high cost. Clean, comfortable with Keurig, small fridge, microwave, tv hairdryer. Host very responsive and on site. Will absolutely return when we need to be in the area.

Amazing little hideaway

The property is located in a beautiful little setting set back off the road with a huge lawn and outside patio area. Alan, the owner was very accommodating. Inside was two bedrooms, a bathroom and a nice big living room with a table. Also was a mini fridge along with a microwave and a Keurig coffee maker. A great little hiking area about 200 feet down the road. Beds were comfortable and very clean. I would highly recommend this place.

What a delight to find this gem of a property. The lawn is spacious the old trees are shady and the flower beds are well taken care of by the host. The apartment is comfy and close to historic Four Corners and Fogland Beach. The trails to the water’s edge and also an historic old mill site and bridge are within walking distance and made for enjoyable walking. I have family nearby and plan to return when I visit.
