Great place to stay.

The condo was very clean and well kept. We loved staying there and the location was perfect. Shops and restaurants are just across the street. The beach is beautiful too!

Beautifully decorated, well equipped condo in a great building. We appreciated the pool, covered parking, and the view. The condo was clean and comfortable. Pictures don't do it justice, really. Beach towels, beach chairs, beach umbrellas and a cart are also included in the unit for guests. The owner was very responsive and great to work with. We'd gladly stay again and highly recommend this part of the island, the building and unit!

Clean condo-great location

The condo was very clean and nicely decorated. Our only issues were the faucet had to be repaired, the DIRECTV stopped working and the condo association pool was under repair most of our stay. The owner was good in communication and the description matched well of the condo.

Wonderful condo, great location, everything that was needed was provided in the condo. Publix is very close and has great selectioon of grab and go items. It was an easy walk to the beach and there is a company that offers beach chairs, cabanas , umbrellas for rental. I would definately recommend this unit and will be back.

We have been vacationing on FMB for 18 yrs, since Ian the last 2 yrs we were on Marco Island. We were anxious to return to FMB, we love the beaches here. We were happy to find this condo available with beach location. Location is great, with easy walk to beach & cabana rentals. The condo is nicely decorated & clean. Easy communication & quick replies from Greg. A few other reviews stated the beds were uncomfortable/firm. We would agree, the main bedroom the mattress was incredibly firm, very uncomfortable. Appreciated having a washer & dryer in the unit, as well as beach towels.

The inside of the condo was beautifully decorated, except it was not dusted. When I complained to the owner, he spoke to the cleaners who called me a liar. Wow! He did get someone over to dust the condo, who did agree it was dusty. The next day we found out we had no hot water. The handy man just had me do all of the trouble shooting instead of showing up. Wow! It was mentioned that we may hear some construction noise. Well it was full blown construction work the whole time we were there. Not good. The balcony was not cleaned, so when it poured, I had to clean up the muddy water to prevent muddy footprints tracking through the condo. Wow! Last, while we were watching TV there was a crash. A picture by the exit door fell down. It had been held up by the smallest nail you could possibly find. The frame broke upon landing. We have never had this many problems with a rental before. So disappointing.

Beautiful Unit and Location

The unit is stunning! Decorated very nicely, very comfortable furniture, and a well stocked kitchen. Views of the gulf, Fort Meyers, Sanibel Island were amazing! The screened in lanai was fantastic for keeping bugs away while enjoying morning coffee and lunch! I lived in Charleston right after hurricane Hugo went through. I was well aware this area would have a lot of damage and construction going on. But none of that took anything away from our vacation! The quite time of 10 pm to 8 am was very nice! There are many many shops and eateries open, the beach is gorgeous, and the sunny days make vacationing here Fantastic! The residents of the area were so thankful that we had come to visit! Everyone was super nice and friendly. You could truly feel the love they have for their island! Everyone we encountered made sure we had the best visit to their establishment! Locations is perfect. Everything we wanted to see or do was a short drive. Check in and out was super simple. Greg is fabulous to work with. Very informative and very quick in replies. We had 2 problems that arose but neither of them any fault of Greg's. He responded quickly giving us information as to the situations. He also gave us recommendations of places to visit and eat at! We have rented many many years through VRBO and I will say he is the best we have ever worked with! Do not hesitate to rent this unit! It's a Fabulous condo, with a Fantastic owner, and in Wonderful location!

Home away from home

Great location right on the gulf Beach. Walk across the street to CVS for quick grabs. 5 minute walk to good restaurants and ICE CREAM. Beach was clean, great for shelling.

Great condo and location

This is a clean, updated condo on a beautiful beach. It had everything we needed. The $30/day for chairs and umbrella is worth it. There are some beach chairs in condo but it’s a little bit of a walk and who wants to lug that plus the umbrella is necessary. We saw dolphins and sting rays which was so cool. We rented a car to get around and I’m glad we did. Spent a day on sanibel island which is a must. Great trip! We’ll be back.

Wonderful vacation!

First time I've stayed here and just loved it. The condo is spacious, well decorated, LOVE the screened-in lanai and ample room to spread out. Everything we needed was provided for. Even though the property is right next door to Pinchers Tiki Bar, the music stops at 9 p.m. so was never inconvenienced by loud music (not that it was ever loud to begin with). The property also has a very nice pool and access to beach chairs/umbrella to rent. Can't say enough good about it!

Friends Get Away

We had a great time during our stay at this property. The place was very well equipped with everything we needed. We enjoyed seeing the sunset on the balcony- listening to the music from the near by bar. It was great to be able to walk to stores and great restaurants. The farmer's market across the street on Tuesdays and Thursdays provided us with fresh seafood, pastries , vegetables and beautiful crafts to take home. The owner was great to work with.

It is the greatest place to go and relax and not worry about a thing and just have fun. Great restaurants and so many fun activities to do. Plus I love the Beach and water sports.
