The dining area, which comfortably seats up to 24, is positioned to take full advantage of the stunning views outside. The large gourmet kitchen features sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large breakfast bar perfect for entertaining. The large kitchen is fully equipped and designed for hosting large gatherings. The spacious layout makes it ideal for preparing meals to be enjoyed with family and friends.

The home offers 9 well-appointed bedrooms: 4 rooms each with 2 queen beds and 5 rooms with 1 king bed, with 6.5 bathrooms providing ample space and comfort for everyone. All bedrooms are equipped with Smart TV's. With the added convenience, of a laundry room equipped with a full-size washer and dryer, ironing board, and iron this home provides convenience and luxury for a perfect coastal getaway.

The outdoor living spaces are just as inviting, with a spacious back deck to enjoy the cool coastal breeze and panoramic views of the dunes and the Gulf of Mexico. The patio area underneath the house features 2 picnic tables, Adirondack chairs, and a grill, perfect for relaxed outdoor dining and socializing. In addition to the privacy and seclusion of the beach house, guests will have access to the shared community amenities, including a large resort-style pool, a fun playground for children, and a combined pickleball/basketball court for some friendly competition. PLEASE NOTE: Guests must be at least 25 years of age to book/check in. Reservations by those under 25 will be canceled.
You’ll receive all check-in information via email, including your access code for the electronic door lock. The access code will be sent on the day of check-in to the email address you provided when booking. When you arrive, please stop by the front office to check in and pick up parking passes for each vehicle. Be prepared to provide the license plate number, make, and model for each vehicle in your group. We’re here to help get you settled in, then we’ll give you space to relax and enjoy your stay.
