"Sea Shanty" Charming 3-bedroom cottage in Broadkill Beach, WiFi, Steps to Beach

Unwind in Broadkill Beach at this quintessential, original but updated Broadkill Beach cottage. It is just steps away from the Beautiful Broadkill Beach. With 3 cozy bedrooms including a king bed, queen bed, and a set of twin bunk beds, guests will find comfort and relaxation. A brand new elevated Trex deck with direct ocean views was just added in January 2026!

There is a full kitchen equipped with all of the necessary essentials to cook during your week at the beach! There is a dining area that seats 4. The living room has a large, comfortable couch with Smart TV. There is a bathroom with a shower as well as an outside shower to rinse your sandy feet or your furry friend.

Stay connected with WiFi and comfortable with heating and AC. We look forward to welcoming you to our this beach home away from home. Sea Shanty is a short 10-minute drive into Milton, 15-minute drive to Lewes, and 25-minute drive to Rehoboth Beach where there are plenty of restaurants, shops and entertainment options for the whole family!

Make sure you set aside time to sit on the front porch of Sea Shanty and feel the Bay Breeze and head upstairs to enjoy the beach view on the new Trex deck. We also have some beach chairs, umbrellas and toys for the family to enjoy.

Please note that linens and towels are not included (customary for Broadkill Beach area). Feel free to bring your own or call Sheets at the Beach 302 362 0876 ahead of time for a reasonable fee.
