It was a perfect mother daughter trip. The size and location of the suite was perfect. There were additional amenities we didn’t expect. The communication of details for the booking were accurate and helpful. Finding the room was a little tricky but there was plenty of signage.

Perfect for a Beach Getaway!

Perfect location, just steps from the beach and Mandalay Ave with all the shops and restaurants you'd need. JR, the owner, was very responsive. We will definitely be back!

Perfect Location

This place was the perfect location for staying on the beach, and had a great beach vibe. The check in process was seamless, and communicated well in advance, giving peace of mind that everything would be smooth and it was!

What a great, fun place to stay at!

AH-MAZING stay-cation and only footsteps from the BEACH

Both my fiance and I enjoyed our stay at the Sea Turtle Suite Condo! Very quiet location and within walking distance of the busy Clearwater Beach. This one bedroom- one bath was the perfect space for us. The bathroom was a little small, but everything else was perfect for two people! We will definitely be back for another stay!

Perfect beach front cottage

This cottage had a BEACH view, beach access outside your door, cute little private pool with outdoor sitting area, stocked with all necessities, small deck from master bedroom to have coffee and enjoy the view, 1 block to a C-Store and the wonderful Palm Pavillion Bar/Restaurent, 3 blocks from many shops and restaurants. Great location

Can walk to the beach right outside. Can walk to lots of restaurants. Nice partial view of the beach from the back deck. Comfortable bed. Nice kitchen. It would have been nice if the large window in the living room could be opened as it faces the beach.

At 1st I didn't realize that their were multiple residents and it is tucked behind the big grey condos but we were very pleased that we could see the ocean from our living room. The location its self is worth the stay beach st your door and walking distance to everything, we hardly touched our rental car. The one bedroom home we stayed in had everything you could think of to make your vacation stay great. The owners take a lot of pride in their property and it shows in their care for your stay and the know you by name and warm greeting while they are maintaining the property

Loud, Uncomfortable, Misleading Photos

This place is so LOUD! The property location is next to a giant parking lot with leaf blowers going every morning. You can hear the other guests and everything they do especially if they are in the pool area. The sound carries like an echo chamber up to the apartment. Maybe one out of three flushes in the toilet make it down without having to plunge while using very little toilet paper. The water pressure and temperature are uncomfortable. The apartment is tiny and only suitable for 2 people at most. There are no closets or any place to put anything, not even a side table or night stand. The windows don't open in the living room and "the view" from the bedroom is from a tiny corner on the balcony next to a condenser that makes, you guessed it, lots of noise. The doors that open onto the balcony are broken and don't lock so don't leave anything of value in the apartment. The floors are so slippery whether barefoot, socks or shoes that it seems dangerous. Make sure you really want to stay here because once they have your money they are not interested in any problems you may have and there are no cancellations with refunds. Stay away.

Couldn't stay in property booked; contacted 15 minutes AFTER check-in!

This area was hit by Hurricane Helene, so I contacted them 2 weeks after the hurricane to see if our reservation was still good. I was assured everything was fine. This was 2 months PRIOR to our check-in date. Fast forward to the day of check-in. At 4:15PM -15 minutes after check-in started - I received a call from the property manager. We were unable to stay at the property because it had been damaged by the hurricane! They had another property available to us on the same street that we could use instead. At this point, we were 9 hours into a 10 hour drive. We had not other options but to take the other property. Had they been honest when I emailed them 2 months ago, we would have had time to find another beachfront property, or at least been given a choice. But they chose to be dishonest because they didn't want to lose the sale. The townhouse we stayed in was fine, but I wouldn't have ever rented it, if given a choice. Our reservation was a cottage ON THE BEACH with beachview balconies! They put us in a townhouse on the corner of 2 streets without a balcony and we couldn't see the ocean. The whole point was to be ON the ocean. They are still renting out this cottage -- even though it's closed for renovations. I find this to be dishonest and misleading. Sadly, this experience has made us go back to staying in hotels because they seem more reliable at this point. Please do not rent this property.

Perfect vacation!
