The beach access/view was spectacular. The place was very clean. Compared to some rentals, it was sparse with regard to shampoo, etc and had salt and pepper but no other cooking ingredients. You share beach space and your porch with neighbors. This is not a complaint but good information. The place was a splurge for us but was exactly what we hoped for. We hope to be back.
You get one half of the small building on the left. Plenty of room for 2, would be ok for 4

It was a perfect little place to get some r&r and enjoy the beach and ocean the ocean breeze in your own time as you could walk right out the door and you have toes in the sand, or just take it all in through the large window in the cool of the living room. The place itself is adorable and the pictures don’t do it justice, I love the crisp blue color! The place had everything we needed, including a blender for smoothies and a library of books. Thank you, this is a gem of a place. mgm

The beachfront ground floor property was clean, convenient and comfortable. Walking out the front door directly onto the sandy beach is a fabulous perk offered when you stay here. Sunset views can be enjoyed looking out the front window or by walking the short distance to the water’s edge. During our 12 day stay we experienced cooler weather as well as much warmer weather towards the end. The heating system and air conditioning both worked very efficiently. As we look forward to our next trip to the Florida Gulf Coast we definitely would stay at this property again. Thanks for the hospitality.

This was the perfect little place for us. You don't find places like this every day. We are happy that we did. We would love to come back. The owners were very easy to work with and responded right away.

Can't get any closer to the beach than this little gem

If you want the full Florida beach experience this is the place. Lots of seashells can be found on your daily walks, sunshine ALL DAY and the best Sunsets right out your door. Would stay there again!

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I wanted a place nestled in the sand—right on the beach—overlooking the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. I did NOT want a traditional high rise condo with elevators and security guards and rules and regulations. I also wanted that immersed in nature feel and not a touristy vibe, yet I didn’t want to be far from restaurants, and fun things to do.
I looked for just the right property for EIGHT years! But boy was it worth the wait!
I wanted a ground floor beachfront property to bring my kids and enjoy the beach life without the hassle of schlepping everyone and all the gear into the car and finding a place to park! lol
My family, friends, and guests from around the world have fond memories of our time here--I still pinch myself that I am fortunate enough to own this little slice of PARADISE!
