This was the perfect little place for us. You don't find places like this every day. We are happy that we did. We would love to come back. The owners were very easy to work with and responded right away.

We had a great week staying at Linda’s place! This was one of the most relaxing weeks my wife and I have had in a while. Her place on the beach is exactly what we were looking for. It was nice to hang on the beach all day and walk 30 yards to the condo for lunch or whatever we needed.Linda’s communication is excellent. There was some work being done on the beach before we arrived and she relayed this information before we arrived. We look forward to planning our next trip to her lovely place on the beach!

100 steps to the ocean. Very clean , nicely decorated. Comfortable bed. Owner adds little touches that make your stay a pleasure.

Absolutely loved everything about this rental! I kept saying over and over how darling the place was. It had everything you could possibly want inside and out. The location to the beach was outstanding and there is a trolley stop right across the street that would take you up and down the strip for only 2.25 a ride. The cottage is immaculate, and obviously has had a very well done remodel. Even though it rained all day on our last day, we had a great time playing cards at the table watching the storm. There aren’t enough stars to give this little piece of paradise. I fully intended to book again next year. Thanks for everything!

Stop, do not look further. RENT HERE.Family of four, six-year-old and 10-year-old. Very close to the beach where you can walk back-and-forth or food or drinks or anything else. The property was very clean well taken care of and the communication was excellent.Everything that we could think that we wanted to bring to the beach was supplied in a small shed on the property. Highly recommended and we hope to come back again.

Slice of paradise

Right on the beach

Small cottage right on the beach. Perfect size for one or two people. It is one of the very few single-story units left in that area that sit directly on the sand. Unit had everything you need for a great stay. Communication with owner was superb. Located close to a convenience store, bakery, and coffee shops. The beach is long, walkable, and gorgeous. Watch the sunset from the cottage or from the private beach. We would absolutely select this unit if we return there.

Can't get any closer to the beach than this little gem

If you want the full Florida beach experience this is the place. Lots of seashells can be found on your daily walks, sunshine ALL DAY and the best Sunsets right out your door. Would stay there again!

Perfect Girls’ Trip Location

This cottage is JUST like the photos! You literally step out the front door, off the ground level porch and you’re in the sand. The private beach area in front of the complex was wonderful as were the provided beach chairs to take down to the water. We had everything we needed. Booking process was smooth and the owner was very quick to respond from booking thru checkout. Highly recommend!

Easiest beach access ever!

We stayed for a week and had a great time! Taking everything to the beach is normally such a hassle but that wasn’t the case here. I think that was my favorite part! Plus, the beautiful views!

I wanted a place nestled in the sand—right on the beach—overlooking the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. I did NOT want a traditional high rise condo with elevators and security guards and rules and regulations. I also wanted that immersed in nature feel and not a touristy vibe, yet I didn’t want to be far from restaurants, and fun things to do.
I looked for just the right property for EIGHT years! But boy was it worth the wait!
I wanted a ground floor beachfront property to bring my kids and enjoy the beach life without the hassle of schlepping everyone and all the gear into the car and finding a place to park! lol
My family, friends, and guests from around the world have fond memories of our time here--I still pinch myself that I am fortunate enough to own this little slice of PARADISE!
