Literally walk out the back door and you're on the beach. I had the beach pretty much all to myself. house was clean and place was bigger than it looked. Thank You!

Great location, the description of the property is accurate. You walk straight onto the beach. All beach supplies, chairs, umbrellas, coolers, etc. we're provided.

We absolutely love this property! We stayed here last summer, and almost as soon as we got home, booked it again for this year. It is absolutely perfect for two people. And there’s no way to beat the location-directly on the beach, beautiful sunset every night, right across the street from the trolley stop, a convenience store, and a coffee and pastry shop. What else could you possibly need! As an added bonus, this year, we got engaged on that beautiful beach! This place is now forever etched in our hearts.

The cottage is right on the beach, right out your front door. Everything you might need has been provided, beach towels, bedding, fully stocked kitchen as well as beach umbrellas and toys. The area is very quiet and safe. The Host made check in and out easy and was available for any problems or questions.

Fantastic sunsets from the back porch!!! Only feet to be on the beach and sand that happens to be easy to walk on and yet still soft on the feet. A hose is located outside on the concrete for a quick rinse before heading inside. A beautifully done kitchen and bathroom with tile floors throughout. Parking couldn't get any better with a carport to shield your car from the Florida Sun and only feet to your door. An absolute 10 for value and ease of access. Thanks for having us.

この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

I wanted a place nestled in the sand—right on the beach—overlooking the sparkling Gulf of Mexico. I did NOT want a traditional high rise condo with elevators and security guards and rules and regulations. I also wanted that immersed in nature feel and not a touristy vibe, yet I didn’t want to be far from restaurants, and fun things to do.
I looked for just the right property for EIGHT years! But boy was it worth the wait!
I wanted a ground floor beachfront property to bring my kids and enjoy the beach life without the hassle of schlepping everyone and all the gear into the car and finding a place to park! lol
My family, friends, and guests from around the world have fond memories of our time here--I still pinch myself that I am fortunate enough to own this little slice of PARADISE!
