The room is very clean and delicate! Isolde prepared everything for us, and she is so nice! We can walk to lots of places, which is very convenient. I really like this place! I will come back!

Isolde’s third floor room and bath came with an outdoor patio and a wonderful personality. Probably the best vrbo I have ever stayed at. Isolde was the perfect host. She welcomed us to her gorgeous eclectic home as if we were members of her family. The parking spot that comes with the room is in a gated area around the corner. We never moved our car until we departed. Good restaurants in the area. Gorgeous street. Any other superlatives would be appropriate.

This was one of the best experiences we have ever had with VRBO. The host, Isolde, was so sweet and kind by the time we left it felt like we were saying goodbye to family. Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect! We couldn't have asked for a better place to rest but still right in the middle of so much to do in Philadelphia. PLUS having that parking spot is rare in the area! We will absolutely come back and stay again.

Wonderful

Wonderful and very sweet host. Loved talking with Isolde and her sister and hearing their stories about moving to Philadelphia from Germany. Great location! Very safe and close to many places we wanted to visit! Everything was easy and house was very clean and decorated very eclectically. Loved our time there! Will be back for sure!

A unique stay in Old City

This unique brick townhouse is full of character and charm, with art adorning the walls and multiple outdoor areas which is rare for Philadelphia. The third floor was reasonably private and well appointed. Just be aware of the three flights of stairs to get there! Hosts were friendly and accommodating, and having a designated parking spot was definitely a huge plus for Philadelphia. The check in process and finding the parking spot could have been a bit smoother but overall it worked out well for our stay.It was a great way to end our anniversary trip and we would definitely come stay again!

A Perfect Stay

Everything about our experience was outstanding. The home is on a beautiful street near Washington Square, which is a great location to most everything. The host is warm and hospitable. Our space had a very comfortable bed and private bathroom. The included parking was a real plus and the deck was an extra bonus, allowing us to sit in the sun and relax during our busy weekend with family. Highly recommended!

Philadelphia History

Fabulous location, walked to museums and historic sites in Philadelphia. We felt very comfortable in the home and really enjoyed our stay! Note that the Hop On-Hop Off tour bus comes right down the street; you can get off close by.

Bright, airy 3rd floor

Entire 3rd floor to myself, bedroom, bathroom, rooftop deck, lovely host, super safe neighborhood near all things historic, parked my car in safe, gated parking and left it there for 2 days, I'm a single woman in sixties, would 200% stay here again

Philly Trip

I’m very thankful I was able to stay at this location. Isolde is a wonderful hostess and it was great to meet her and chat with her family as well! The off street parking was a great accommodation to have and Lyfts were plentiful in the area and more affordable than I expected. The outside porch with seating was an added bonus. The location is unmatched and so close to everything. The bedroom is cozy and has a very homey vibe. We are already planning our next stay! Thank you for a great experience.

We loved the house and everything around it! The street we stayed on was actually part of the sightseeing tour! A whole lot of history around the area. I would recommend to anyone that loves history to stay in this house and also the owner was very nice and knowledgeable about the area.
