My stay here was excellent and would highly recommend to any one visiting Philadelphia. I was able to reach every point of interest on foot and basic necessities were always right around the corner. Check in and check out very easy, and the private parking spot is a life saver as parking is extremely difficult on the small streets.

The parking set up was great, upper patio was very relaxing after a long day of site seeing. The bed was very comfortable not like some where you meet in the middle.great resource for dinning, what to see/where to go and if it was walkable. Everthing we wanted to see or do was walkable. I expect our host will always be busy, so book your stay early.

Isolde was a great host. We highly recommend visiting! We were in walking distance to most local attractions, our room and bathroom was cozy and clean, and we loved the rooftop deck.

Host was so nice. We really enjoyed talking to her. She made a wonderful recommendation for a small Greek restaurant. The location is so good. Fun places to visit nearby, close to historical places, easy to walk to the metro, and the neighborhood is beautiful. The only bad thing was the loud motorcyclists and cars but I was told by numerous people this is all over the city. We live in the country so we were not used to the noise. We really enjoyed our stay here.

I grew up in Germany and came to the United States when I was 24. I have raised my family in this house and have many fond memories. I am an artistic and creative person and I absolutely love to cook ~ it is a passion of mine!

The house is uniquely decorated. My grandfather was a sculptor and many of his pieces are located throughout my home. The home is very cozy with a European flair to it.
