📍 Community Access: Be sure to stop at the community center first before heading to the home. Use 239 Fox Farm Rd, Clifton Township, PA 18424 for navigation instead of the house address to avoid gate access issues.

🅿️ Parking: Free parking is available at the property for 6 vehicles.

A pet fee applies and must be paid prior to arrival. Pets must be approved in advance.

Please observe quiet hours from 11:00 PM – 8:00 AM to respect our neighbors.

On-site parking is available for multiple vehicles.

🔑 Smart Door Lock
A custom access code will be sent prior to check-in for easy, contactless entry.

🔥 Propane & Firewood
One propane tank is provided for the grill.
We do not supply additional propane or firewood for the fire pits, but arrangements can be made in advance upon request.

📝 Guest Registration
All guests must be registered with the community.
• Maximum occupancy: 12 guests
• Registration must be submitted more than 72 hours before check-in
• A $50 late fee applies to bookings or registrations made within 72 hours of arrival

🔒 Security Deposit Option – To help protect our home while keeping cleaning fees low, we offer two options for your stay:

• A small, non-refundable damage waiver is included in your booking, covering up to $1,000 in accidental damage
OR
• A $1,000 refundable security deposit, which is fully returned after your stay if no damage occurs

If you prefer the refundable deposit, just send us a message after booking, and we’ll take care of it.
