The house was great for our group of 9 people. The beds were comfortable and it had a great layout with room for everyone. The outdoor spaces were great for hanging out, morning coffee, evening drinks, whatever! The house is close to town making it easy to uber around - about a 10 minute drive. We loved everything about it. It is secluded and in the woods and set back with a long driveway. Everything was clean and just as pictured, if not better. We wouldn’t hesitate to rent again.

We LOVED this home! Stayed here for a bachelorette trip! It was extremely cozy and welcoming. We especially loved the outdoor fire pit. We enjoyed the convenience to town and wineries; however, beware this home had an abundance of stink bugs (understandable as this home is in the woods) but there were many dead ones under the pillows of the couch and in some of the beds, but we didn’t mind flicking them away. We were also told to “enjoy the wine and treats” in the home, but we arrived and no wine nor treats were to be found. Not a big deal, but something we were expecting because we were told about it! Overall, a good stay, and would recommend to others as long as you don’t mind bugs!

Thank you so much for your kind words, we’re so happy your group enjoyed the home, the fire pit, and the location for your bachelorette weekend! We also sincerely apologize for the stink bugs and for missing the wine and treats that were supposed to be waiting for you upon arrival. Living in a wooded area, stink bugs can definitely make occasional appearances during certain seasons, but the dead bugs you encountered should absolutely have been caught during cleaning, and we’re addressing that with our team. We’re also sorry the welcome treats were overlooked, especially after mentioning them beforehand. We truly appreciate your understanding and your honest feedback, and we’re grateful you’d still recommend the home to others. We’d love the opportunity to host you again in the future!

Book this house for your next stay in Charlottesville!! The house and property were absolutely BEAUTIFUL, and the hosts were so kind and communicative. The house was even better than the pictures. I stayed here with a group of 8, and there was plenty of room plus quite a bit extra. We had everything we needed to cook and do laundry, and we spent most of our time in the game room playing ping pong and out by the fire place on the porch. I wish this was my house! Highly recommend!!
