This inviting basement Mother-In-law apartment is the perfect spot for couples looking to escape the hustle and bustle while still being close to all the action. With 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom, this charming space comfortably accommodates two guests, making it ideal for a peaceful weekend away. As you enter, you'll find a thoughtfully designed living area that seamlessly flows into a small yet functional kitchen, equipped with all the essentials. Our property comes fully stocked with toilet paper, soap products (shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap, dish soap) as well as bed linens and towels. In addition, the kitchen is fully equipped and is stocked with paper towels, coffee, cookware, dishes, glasses and utensils. The sleeping area features a spacious king bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep. For additional guests or extra comfort, a futon and an air mattress are also available. The outdoor space is designed for relaxation and enjoyment, featuring a lovely patio with comfortable seating, a propane fire pit perfect for cozy evenings under the stars, and a charming deck swing that invites you to unwind with a good book.

There is a shared area where the washer and dryer units are. The water pump for the guest’s area is rather loud and sounds similar to a garage door closing and it’s completely normal.
