This place was amazing. We had a girls weekend for my moms 68th birthday. Location was perfect. You walk outside and look to the right you can see the gulf. A 2 miniute walk and your on the beach. Area was quite. Definitely big enough for 4 people. The place was spotless when we got there. The pictures are exactly what was in Vbro. The pool was nice to hang out in the early evening. Close to bridge street for food, drinks and shopping. We had a blast taking the trolley and it is free transportation. This was a weekend staycation for us and we definitely will be back. We didnt want to leave.

Anniversary celebration

My wife and I’ve been out to Anna Maria Island many times and we were down here to celebrate our anniversary. We were looking for a nice quiet cozy place to say that was close to the beach. This place hit the mark. Very clean, quiet and it was only 1/2 block to the beach. Also has a pool you could use after you’ve been at the beach. Very affordable compared to all the other places we looked at. It was great.

Great place

We very much enjoyed our stay! It was incredibly comfortable, with a perfect location! We loved being able to dip in the pool after a day at the beach. It was so nice that we also had access to chairs and umbrellas, as well as floaty toys. We would definitely stay here again.

Another wonderful stay

We had another wonderful stay and we will be back! Furniture was comfortable and we love the pool. A couple kitchen additions would be great: 1- a crockpot so dinner can be cooking while we are at the beach and 2- a couple more icecube trays with a basket so we can stock-up on ice. We did not need to use any but the selection of beach chairs and umbrellas was nice for those who cannot bring their own. Communication with the new owner was great. Highly recommend this place for a lovely stay close to the beautiful ocean!

Perfect First Visit to Anna Maris

Wanting something very different from bustling, high rise beach towns, my family chose Anna Maria Island and it did not disappoint! The apartment is very convenient to the Cortez Bridge and a few restaurants and a gas station. Walk out the front door and a 3 minute walk to the right gets you to a quiet beach perfect for sunny days and catching the gorgeous sunsets. A 5 minute walk to the left, takes you to the quiet Bayside, where you can watch the sunrise. The apartment itself was quiet, clean, and very cute. For a family of four, including 2 kids, it had everything we needed. We enjoyed the shared backyard pool and the quiet, walkable neighborhood. No steps made it ideal for hauling gear to the beach and easily accessing the outdoor shower to rinse off sandy feet. I appreciated the on-site, washer and dryer, laundry baskets for collecting and transporting laundry, and little touches such as night, lights, and many hooks for towels both in and outside the unit.Highly recommend!

Great location

This unit was in a prime location, within steps to the beautiful beach. Accomodations were comphy and good. We had everything we needed for our 9 day stay. The owner was super friendly, communicative and always available if we needed anything. Our family will definitely be back!

Beautiful Beach Getaway

This condo is perfect for a stay at Bradenton Beach. It is directly across the street from a beautiful white sand beach and has a pool located in the back of the property. Jill was a wonderful host and very attentive to any and all of our needs. She kept an open line of communication should we have needed anything. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Great vacation stay!

The property was in a perfect location. We loved that end of the island and the few short steps to the beach! The cottage was adorable and so very comfortable for all of us to relax in the evenings and rainy afternoons. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at home (bring your own groceries ), it was super clean and Jill was a fantastic owner/manager to communicate with. We will be back!

Great spot for a family trip

Jill was very communicative and helpful when needed. The property is in a great location for beach access (right across the street) and within walking distance of multiple restaurants/bars. Good amount of room for a family of four. You do share the pool area with a couple of other units and the pool isn't very big but we didn't swim much and the temporary "neighbors" we talked to were nice so these weren't a negative for us. Great time overall.

Nice Little Beach Condo

Exactly as described and pictured. No surprises. Very nice little beach condo with two bedrooms and one bath. Greatly appreciated the cubbies in each room for organizing our items. Located just across the street from the beach. The pool is small, but we had it to ourselves here and there and even when shared, it is only a few condos total that share it (4 I think). Not many places on AMI with pools, so it was nice to have. There is a lovely spa/massage place right across the street as well which is really nice. Jill was very communicative and helpful. The washer was not working, but there were plenty of towels for our short stay. The only real negative is there is no dishwasher and guests are asked to wash dishes themselves. The guests before us must have just rinsed things and put them back because all the dishes were dirty. The coffee mugs had rings of old coffee in them. This was pretty gross and the reason for the 3 stars for cleanliness. Everything else was clean and organized.

Wonderful Stay!

We loved every minute of our stay! The cottage is comfy, cute, and very clean. We loved being so close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants. Jill was very welcoming and provided great communication. We will definitely stay here when we are in the area again!

Exceptional stay

My first time on AMI - So happy i chose to stay here! Clean, cute, quiet place with everything you need and more. Owner is very communicative and very responsive- she made sure we had everything we needed and were happy. Access to an uncrowded, white sand beach is just steps away. Publix is just down the road and the free island shuttle stop is also practically in front of the door. I am very happy to have found this little gem, it was a very peaceful little getaway, i will certainly be back!

Perfect Stay!

This was my first trip to AMI and I’m so glad I chose this property to stay in. Nicely remodeled, comfy bed, and well laid-out. We were thrilled with the proximity to the beach, it’s seriously a one-minute walk. Pool was warm enough to get in and the patio was enjoyable too.

I fell in love with Anna Maria Island about 4 years ago when I first discovered it. Anna Maria Island is a slice of paradise tucked away on Florida's Gulf Coast. It has a charming, laid-back atmosphere that is right up my alley. I love the powdery white-sand beaches, turquoise waters, and stunning sunsets. I love the old-Florida charm, that has been maintained despite the urge by many to develop. Instead, I enjoy the quaint shops, local eateries serving fresh seafood, and a warm, welcoming community vibe.
