Anna Maria Island - 2/1

I am looking to rent my condo on Anna Maria Island, Bradenton Beach - FL. This is a two bedroom with a full kitchen. It has a King size bed, Queen bed and a pullout couch, full kitchen and one bathroom. There is basic cable, WIFI, and utilities are included in the rental price. NO pets and no smoking.

The condo is at Tortuga Inn which is a popular resort condo/hotel. It offers private beach access with chairs and umbrellas included within my HOA. Two pools onsite and cover parking as an option. Parking is not assigned, it's first come first serve. The room is on the top floor so no noisy upper neighbors. The view outside is of the garden area. A short walk to the pool and the beach.

It's the perfect beach to bay resort on Florida's unspoiled Anna Maria Island. Plus a private white sand beach just across the street, two heated pools, a private pergola with amazing ocean views and water craft rentals. Manatees are known to habitat the bay area during certain times a year, dolphins and other wildlife are also regular visitors with the bay and ocean.

Within the condo; it's a 2 bedroom, has a full kitchen, dishwasher, coffee maker, plenty of cooking utensils, breakfast bar that seats 4. The living room is very spacious with a couch and large chair. Master bedroom has a king size bed and tv. Second bedroom has a queen bed and tv. There is one bathroom with tub and shower. The condo has basic cable, smart tv's, and free wifi.

We loved our stay at this location. It was clean, comfortable beds, no issues with the resort. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment. The pool is great and the beach is just across the street. We plan on staying at this location again!!

We had a great stay! The location was absolutely perfect as it was right across the street from private beach access.We were so close to many great restaurants and activities, and the fact that the facility had a pool was really nice.The host was great at getting all the information to us to make for a smooth trip. The only thing we had minor issues with were the bathroom tub and sink drains being clogged. Would def recommend staying here!

Great location and set up. Had everything we needed and comfortable for family of 5 (even with the parents somehow being allocated by the kids to have the pull out sofa bed!). Effective and easy to control air con. Very responsive host and clear instructions. Incredibly close to beach and a few minutes walking distance (by beach or road) to the bridge street pier and various eateries. Pool easy to access and close to the apartment entrance. Free to use communal washing machine and tumble dryer that my wife was delighted with! There is a little pier at back of tortoise inn good to watch sunrise and head to beach across the road for sunset. Easy parking.

Clean,-just perfect. Initially a problem with a broken coffee pot- but owner responded immediately (there was a new one under the sink- cleaners forgot to toss the broken one!). Great location!! Would definitely stay there again! Beach is just across the street.

The dock on the bayside of resort was very relaxing and the sunsets across the street at the gulf side were amazing!

New couch

There was an issue with the pullout couch from the previous renters and the owners and family made sure there was a new one the next day and they brought us an air mattress for the night prior before they delivered the new couch and on the hottest day of July .

Okay...Still try to recover from hurricanes

The location was great but more than half of the rooms were have to still be fixed from hurricane damages last year .Check in was very easy . But the 1st day we were there some one in the building busted a water line during the renovations below us causing us to not have water for few hours in our room the coffee pot never worked and in the living room there on the flood appears to be yellow poop that was missed during the cleanup before we came to stay as well as the pillows on the couch seemed wet feeling. I would definitely suggest the master bedroom to purchase new mattress as i am only 145 lbs and i sank in the mattress as if the springs were collapsing.,Making the bedroom uncomfortable. I believe that this place try to understand recover from last year hurricanes but it the little things ,that would bring this place back to what it needs ..The location is the best part .We are not say we wouldn't return i just think these this should be resolved.So the 3 star rating is due to location

A wonderful visit

This property isn't the newest on the block, but you wouldn't know it. The unit we had was updated, clean and the location was very convenient. The pools were well kept and you're less than a 2 minute walk to the awesome beach. Will visit again.

Such a great place for a girls trip! The beach access was great! The pool was great! The local trolley was great! Perfect location, we explored up and down the island! Highly recommend!

I wanted to start off by saying that the condo was very cute very accommodating with the fact that we were allowed to stay one night when usually you can’t do that on AMI. But there were several of the remotes were either missing batteries or they were dead, also there was no remote for one of the room”s. We also didn’t use the coffee pot as there was water left in it and it was yellow and gross. King bedroom there is what appears to be coffee grounds on the shelf in the closet. There are no plug ins for the lamps by the beds they were just there for decoration. While all are small and minor issues for the price is disappointing. My message said check out was 11 but cleaning crew was practically stalking us at 9:30 waiting on us to leave while we were trying to load and sign on the wall said check out was 10.

Great condo in a great location!

We loved our stay here! The condo is so cute, clean and cozy. The host was very communicative with any questions I had. The beach is across the street and I went for sunset strolls most nights. The pool was great and is heated to a nice warm temp. All lower units are still being repaired from the hurricanes so no one is in them. Which may have added to how quiet it was as it was always very quiet around the resort.There is free laundry close to the unit in the parking garage building. The washers are very large capacity and I used them a few times. The location is great. The trolley stop for the North bound is by the entrance and south bound near the exit driveway. Also an easy walk to several restaurants just down the road or to Bridge street. We ate down in Bridge street one night and then walked up the beach back to the resort. Not far at all. Would stay here again!

Location great, Condo average

Our family stayed for a week over spring break. The location is perfect. It’s across from the beach- gorgeous sand- lounge chairs provided. It’s centrally located. There is a Trolley stop near the complex. There are two pools, one we used because it was cool and refreshing. The pool closest to the beach was much too warm for a hot day. Each day we went for a morning walk down towards coquina beach. Beautiful! We felt the condo was lacking some basic items. There were not enough hooks in the condo. A hook by the door for a purse or keys would be nice. No hooks for towels except for a few stuck on the walls in the shower, which isn’t that helpful because then the towels have to be removed w/ each shower. We constantly had to drape towels over furniture.Only two small frying pans which were in bad shape. No hot pads. No dressers so we had to live out of our suitcase for the week. It was unfortunate that we had to keep the suit cases lying on the floor all week. A few suitcase stands would be nice. In past rentals we had basic items available, but not here. No cleaning products or cleaning spray at all. We couldn’t wipe the counter top/stove after use unless we used the one sponge we were given. A tiny amount of dish soap left for us, but not enough for a week. Two rolls of toilet paper for a week’s stay. Only 4 dishwasher pods. No extra garbage bags. For our family, we likely would not book this condo again. Location/beach great, but we felt the condo and pool were lacking.
