This lovely 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath pet friendly townhouse located the very popular South Forest Beach area offers a bright, open floor plan with all of the comforts of home. Ocean Breeze boasts an on site pool, tennis court and an easy 10 minute walk via Lemoyne Avenue to the Atlantic Ocean. Coligny Plaza, The Lowcountry Celebration Park, Numerous Shops, Restaurants as well as the Tiki Hut & Pool Bar Jim's are also an easy walk or even shorter bike ride via Hilton Head Island's Impressive Bike Path System.

The main level of #28 has a fully equipped kitchen, dining table & chairs for 4 plus a living area featuring 2 couches along with large smart television. There is also a powder room on the main level and the patio just off the living room features an outdoor table & seating for morning coffee, a meal or a cool drink.

The second floor offers both bedrooms along with a laundry closet featuring a stack washer/dryer. The primary bedroom has a King-size bed along with private bath. The second bedroom has 1 full size bed and 1 twin size bed.

The Ocean Breeze HOA requests that each bedroom have no more than 2 adults. In addition - each unit can have up to 2 cars and car passes are issued accordingly. Unit 28 comes with free WiFi. Lastly, No Smoking or Vaping is Permitted at the Property.

We had a great time and the townhome was great. Loved how close it was to everything. The space was perfect for us and our doggie. Being an end unit with a view of the fountain made it even better. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice stay in Hilton Head

The property was well stocked with all the essentials. The communication and check in was all done electronically and was easy with quick response times. Property was in a great location. Walkable to shops, restaurants and the beach.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the rental. Clean, furnished nicely. Had everything we needed. Very quiet community. Good customer service from rental company.Close to beach and good restaurants and shopping.

Everything was great! Being somewhat disabled I would suggest a handrail ALL the way to the second floor. Safety mats for both bathrooms. Had to share between showers. Could have used dish soap. Spoons were limited, only three could be found. When coffee maker dies, suggest you replace it with a Kreurig.

Great location

We love staying on this side of the island, and we were excited to find a dog approved unit. The Mimi’s was a bit older in real life. Some water stains on the ceiling and the master bath had not been updated. Parking was terrible and we fought for a spot nightly, even having another owner confront us. She was very unhappy that she couldn’t find a spot and even swore at us. Other then these few things the unit was close to the beach and shopping which was perfect!
