Two bedroom, two and one half bath located in the gated community of Shipyard on Hilton Head Island. Golf course view, beach club access and community pool. Both bedrooms, each with full bath are located on first floor with a deck off the master bedroom. Laundry area with full sized washer and dryer. Second floor has a screened in porch with ceiling fan, fully equipped kitchen, living area and the half bath. This property is located on the 4th hole of the Brigantine golf course. Quiet neighborhood. Designated numbered parking space right out front. Address: 140 Windward Village

We have been staying at this beautiful condo in Shipyard for the past four years. Our first stay was for three weeks and since then we have added a week each year. We have already booked six weeks for next year. We enjoy the proximity to Coligny beach and the variety of shops and restaurants located in Coligny Plaza. The location within Shipyard and around the area is ideal for long walks and biking. On the rare occasions when we have needed to contact our host, Janice, she has never failed to respond promptly and effectively. We highly recommend this condo.

Exactly what we needed!
