The owners have made some upgrades such as a new refrigerator in August and are always working on the property to keep it in great condition without losing all that old-school charm. We are impressed that you were able to manage 3 autos, the listing specifically states there is only room for 2 :). We apologize you did not enjoy the cable that is provided in this home and that it had such a detrimental impact on your vacation. We have spoken with the owner and we are pleased to report that she is increasing the cable package. However, we would recommend that if you have specific programming request that you want to ensure your vacation home has, please contact our office and we can provide detailed information of what channels may or may not be provided in which homes. In the meantime, thank you for the feedback and we are glad the property will have a larger cable package for the next guest!

Lori, thank you for the feedback. We hate that you had an unfortunate experience with us. During your stay, a neighbor notified the property owners of pets. We acted upon the wishes of the property owner and immediately issued the charge for violating the rental agreement. Upon investigating, we informed the property owners know there was no evidence of pets inside the unit, and they agreed to have us reverse the charges. We hate that this situation occurred, but at the end of the day our primary responsibility lies in protecting the investments of our property owners and we have to act upon their wishes. We hate that this tainted our memories, but hope that the resolution was acceptable.

Hi Frank, thank you for your review and feedback. The home is an older cottage but is excellently maintained and kept up with by the property owners. They are down regularly to spruce up the home. On the website, you can see in the description it says "parking allows two cars, one parking spot beside the home, and one additional parking spot across the street with parking pass. Guests do NOT have access to the garage." You could always park the third car off the island and use the other cars to shuttle back to that one if it's needed! Additionally on the unit page, it says "this property is a family friendly unit in a residential area that has a year round tenant in the lower unit" so I think our advertising was quite clear on expectations - sorry if you missed that! Give us a call next time before you book and we can definitely pair you with another unit that is a bit newer or more upgraded, we certainly have a bunch in that area! Thanks again!

Please know that we take your summary on this matter very seriously and have reached out to the tenant in question as well as the manager for the long-term rental below our Enoch rental. All of our properties are non-smoking with a zero-tolerance policy. We also take to heart your frustration and discomfort with a confrontation with the tenant in question; I can imagine how upsetting that must have been. Again, we want to assure you that every possible action has been taken to correct this unpleasantness and prevent it in the future, and to the extent that we are able we apologize for your experience.
