Sounds like you all had a wonderful vacation on WB, Karen! You definitely have the right attitude, it doesn't have to be the most fancy house as its all about the beach, day activities, and the memories you make. We're so happy you found it nice and cozy and were able to soak in those oceanfront views! The unit is just a few strides from the heart of downtown Wrightsville with all kinds of shops, restaurants, and bars. Glad the family had a great time. You are always welcome back, keep us in mind when you plan your next trip to the island!

Sharon, We are pleased to hear that you enjoyed the location and view this property offers. Our housekeeping staff is aware of the stained carpet in the stairwell and has scheduled a cleaning to address the situation. Unfortunately, we have a very limited amount of time between guest departures and the incoming arrivals which prevents carpet cleaning between tenants. Please understand that after a long summer of back to back rentals many times this type of deep clean is necessary. However, we are happy to report that he owner of this property has replaced the sofa in the unit! We appreciate you taking the time to tell us about your experience and are happy to hear the kitchen was well equipped and the other facilities were in good condition. We look forward to seeing you and your family again next summer.

Thank you for your feedback from your stay at the Stephens property, Linda! We are so happy to hear you enjoyed the oceanfront location and all the new seating on the decks! Every bedroom has a bathroom and TV so everyone can spread out a bit. I do not see any service order requests from your reservation, but do know our maintenance is on call 24/7 should any issues arise like the stove burner not working. We haven't had any reports from the last several guests since your stay but will have maintenance check to be sure. We appreciate all your feedback and will pass it along to the property owner for review to encourage improvements. We hope you will return to the property in the future - that view and proximity to the beach is definitely enticing!
