Step inside to find a spacious living room with a cozy electric fireplace and 65" flat-screen TV. You'll also find a fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a large dining table that makes it easy for everyone to enjoy a meal together. Additionally, we have 3 large bedrooms that feature soothing coastal décor and extra comfy beds, making them perfect for unwinding at the end of the day. With 2 full bathrooms and 1 half bathroom, there is room for your whole group. Plus, we have a rec room where you can enjoy darts, foosball, board games, and more! The home was exactly as pictured—clean, comfortable, and very well kept. It’s located in a quiet neighborhood and only about 20 minutes from downtown, which was super convenient. My friends and I had a great stay and would definitely book again!

I wish I could give this gem more than 5 stars. A TON of room in this place. Sooo cozy. Everything we needed for 9 day stay. Beds were very comfy, neighborhood was fun. Nice little market 100 steps away. Pizza brew pub a couple more hundred steps the other direction. Jennifer….was very attentive / responsive to my requests while also checking in on us to make sure we had everything we needed. I’ll be back in Nashville soon and I’m hoping this place is available for a return stay!!!Book with confidence, you won’t regret it.

We love the Old Hickory neighborhood as it's quaint and quiet, yet a short drive to all of the Nashville action and the airport as well. Also, the adorable Hamby's market is just across the parking lot and is so much fun to visit for convenient essentials or a rare find.
