Wonderful experience

Carla was an excellent host and provided great communication prior to arrival! She has a whole binder for people who stay that gives great information about the surrounding areas. The house itself is well stocked and in a quiet location, but close enough to be a quick drive anywhere. We drove all around Nashville during our stay and it was always easy to get back “home” each day. There are fans in each closet which was appreciated! The luggage racks are also a wonderful addition! Just so many great things to say about this place! Thank you!

Perfect stay

We visited Nashville for a cheer competition at the Gaylord Opryland Convention Center. I chose this property because it was only 10 minutes from the competition venue, but also close to downtown. I was a bit nervous about having only one bathroom since we had 3 teenage girls with us, but it was not a problem because each bedroom had a mirror and table or desk for hair and makeup. Carla is an excellent host and everything was perfect!

Cozy, perfectly located rental

I booked this at the last minute for my family when our other Vrbo camceled on us. The location was perfect! It was close to everything we needed. The host was fantastic & even left us bubbly to toast my upcoming wedding & moon pies as a TN treat. The host communicated so nicely. The beds were very comfortable. The whole house was just so cute, cozy & clean. We'd 100% recommend this host & this home. & moonpies! Communication

Perfect family choice!

We came down from Michigan for a long weekend and a concert. We could not have asked for a better house to rent or a better location, at the price, right in the middle of everything! Took some of the advice for restaurants in the area that were provided and they were a total success! This rental really made our trip home away from home!

First time in Nashville

We had a great time staying at this house. Perfect location for getting in and out of downtown. Comfortable stay. Great layout for a group of people. We would happily return.

Great location- Easy access

Very clean. Location was great for Airport, Opryland and Nashville. Definitely need a car to get around. Had everything we needed. Comfortable beds and nice neighborhood. Would definitely recommend.

A great place to RELAX and unwind

We stayed here with another couple. Everything was perfect and we had just what we needed. Plenty of kitchen supplies - including coffee and tea - and even some Moon Pies! We made some wonderful meals in the kitchen and relaxed in the living room. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was spacious. Very clean and good for 2 couples on a long weekend adventure. The location was good and handy to get to most places. I highly recommend!

Pink Concert

We came to see Pink in concert at Geodis Park. The house was amazing, easy to find and close to tons of ammenties and great restaurants. Minutes from downtown, quiet neighborhood, felt very safe!

1st time in Nashville

We came to town on a Cousins trip for a concert and this was the perfect house for us! Carla was so easy to communicate with, the house was ready earlier than we anticipated which was awesome, it was clean and cute and had everything we needed. There was a coffee pot, plenty of kitchen stuff, bathroom necessities, and each room had little fans which we all used for noise. Check in and out was super easy, the location was great - we were close to everything we needed. If I ever find myself back in Nashville I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a family!

Great hospitality and location and such a cute house!! Very clean and they have small portable fans for each room in case you need white noise to sleep. Huge backyard, great for our 3 year old to play in and we loved watching all of the airplanes flying to/from the airport. (Sound-wise you can barely hear them in the house, and it didn't disturb our sleep at all.) Close to Opry Hills Mall, and it was pretty easy to get to downtown. The neighbors were very friendly! There are two playgrounds less than 10 minutes away next to Wave country water park that we went to often. We would definitely stay here again!

Nashville Vacation

Carla was a wonderful host! The house was very clean and well maintained. We had everything we needed for our stay. Great neighbor hood location also. House was located just outside of the hustle and bustle of downtown Nashville with just a short drive to get there. We enjoyed our stay in Nashville!!

A definite place to stay

We stayed at Carla’s house for 5 nights, it was clean, and had everything we needed. I liked the suitcase stand in each room. Carla was always easily reachable when I had any questions. We had such a good time that we are talking about visiting again, and will stay here again

21st Birthday Funcation

The house was very clean, nicely decorated and a big back yard! Neighborhood was lovely and very quite. We did not rent a car and relied on LYFT and UBER…and both services were dependable at this location and not too expensive to transport to/from airport and downtown to Broadway. Eating places were within short walking distance from home and we also ordered delivery. However, kitchen was amply stocked if we would have preferred to prepare our own meals. We would definitely stay here again if we are ever fortunate enough to return to the great city of Nashville!!

Great house and property manager

The house and host were absolutely amazing. Carla provided so much more than necessary for our stay. She really made it one of a kind. The location is super close to a lot of things to do in Nashville and a short Uber ride away. Highly recommend.

Weekend Getaway

Went to Elton John concert. Also re-connected with friends in the area. The location was perfect. Lots of attractions and stores as well as restaurants nearby. I normally stay at hotels but after this experience I will definitely try VRBO properties again. It was wonderful to have a private setting and the host had thought of everything. She even had brochures for area attractions.

Lovely home

Carla is an amazing host. We locked ourselves out at 2:00 am and she was most gracious when I had to call her. We were a bit surprised by the aircraft overhead, but they did not disrupt our sleep at all. They neighbors were friendly and a great help when we needed a battery boost. I will definitely stay here again when in Nashville.

Quick family get away

This property was just as listed. They thought if everything. The house was adorable and so easy to access the Opry, shopping, and a quick jump to downtown. The owners were super attentive and great to work with. My teens and I enjoyed our quick family get away.

Long Weekend in Nashville

This house was perfect for our family! The location was great. We felt safe at all times. Carla thinks of everything, including small details like lots of hooks to hang towels and lots of plug in options for electronics, etc. I would definitely stay there again.
