Front porch with two rocking chairs to enjoy your morning coffee before visiting the local antique shops, wineries or hiking in Southern Illinois. Enjoyed every minute of our time here. The home was cozy and comfortable. Very well supplied and very clean. Our hostess was prompt answering questions and cared for everything. Great location and nice, quiet neighborhood. Will definitely keep this one on our list for a return stay.

Super clean and modern. All the amenities needed for a great stay and to cook a meal or bake muffins. Only call out is beds are firm but if you like a firm bed they are also great. Would stay here again and the host was very responsive. Perfect location close to everything in a very quiet neighborhood.

Our stay.

The house was perfect! Very clean & well decorated. The layout of the house was super nice to spend the weekend away from home. Our daughter goes to SIU & we wanted to experience Lake of Egypt again. It wasn’t too far of a drive. We will definitely rent again.
