The Space:

This beautiful 3 bed 2 bath home is newly renovated and can come with a golf cart for a nominal cost! The inside of the home is updated with stylish but comfortable furniture. Each bedroom has its own smart TV for your use. Both bathrooms are also updated. One has a walk-in shower and the other a shower/tub combo. The kitchen is stocked with everything you need to whip up a great meal!  The living room includes a gas fireplace to keep you warm during the winter. The backyard is fully fenced in and includes a fire pit. There are some beach items at the home for you to use and an outdoor shower with hot water.



The best thing about this home is the location. It's just 1 mile from east beach. It's a quick 9-10 minute walk to The King and Prince, The Crab Trap, Crabdaddy's and many other island favorites. There is a golf cart at the home that can be rented for an additional charge (see below). If you are interested in the golf cart, please inquire about pricing and availability. The home is pet friendly but pets must be approved prior to booking.



Golf Cart Fees:



1 Day = $115

2 Days = $220

3 Days = $325

4 Days = $425

5 Days = $520

6 Days = $615

7 Days = $675

More than 7 days but less than 1 month would be $90 per day.



1 Month = $1,500



If your stay is between April 1 and September 1, you will receive a beach gear credit of $35/night for stays 3-21 nights.



The owner does periodically stay in the apartment underneath the home, when they are in town. The areas are completely separated and private but it's possible you would see them if you are arriving/departing at the same time.



Note:



Please consider purchasing travel insurance for your trip. This may cover you for instances of medical emergencies or inclement weather. We unfortunately can’t offer refunds for these types of situations so we want to ensure you’ve properly covered yourself.



There is a small apartment on the bottom of the home. It is not rented out but occasionally the owner may stay there. They will not disturb your stay at all.



Pack N Play and strollers available upon request for $15 each for the duration of your stay. Please notify us at least 1 day in advance if you would like to rent them so we can ensure they are delivered prior to your arrival.



After booking we do require a rental agreement and rental form to be signed in order to stay at our home. We appreciate the understanding on this as we want to protect all parties involved!



Guest Access:

Access is easy via an electronic lock on the front door.



The Neighborhood:

South end of St. Simons Island - close to beaches, shops, restaurants and grocery stores.



Other Things to Note:

For any stay 60 or more days, an additional cleaning fee of $150 will be added after booking. If the cleaning fee is unpaid 7 days prior to check-in, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation without a refund. 



For stays of 30 nights or more, we will collect a $750 refundable security deposit.



Linens are provided for your stay along with a starter set of paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, body wash and laundry pods. They will not be replenished during your stay so make sure to bring some extras if you need!
