Pet Friendly | 1,300 Sq Ft | Outdoor Dining Area | Huge Fenced-In Yard

This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom home offers a spacious fully fenced-in yard with a large deck and grill under the shade of gorgeous live oak trees. You will find beach chairs and various beach toys. The home is fully stocked with rainy day entertainment including various board games, dozens of best-seller books and Smart TVs. A fully equipped kitchen, washer/dryer and desk overlooking the back yard will cover all of your day-to-day needs and leave you feeling right at home.

Bathroom 1: Full Bath with walk-in shower | Bathroom 2: Full Bath with tub/shower combo

AREA: Located in a quiet and friendly part of the island, enjoy access to the many biking/walking paths that SSI has to offer. We are also walking distance to many restaurants including Southern Soul BBQ and Wake Up Coffee. A short bike ride or golf cart ride to East Beach and the restaurants and shops at Redfern Village.

PARKING: Off street parking for up to four vehicles (or golf carts!) in the circle driveway and separate car pad.

ACCESS: Easy access with keyless entry.

INCLUDING: We provide paper towel and toilet paper, and some basic toiletries to get your vacation off to an easy start.

Love St. Simons Island and would stay in this property again. The property was centrally located in a very quaint and lovely neighborhood surrounded by huge oak trees. The kitchen was very well stocked with supplies, and we appreciated tile floors throughout the home as my mom uses a walker. Southern Soul BBQ was within walking distance, and we enjoyed our morning coffee in the porch while my pups played in the very large fenced in backyard.We appreciated using the beach chairs to East End beach.

This property is fine for small families and couples. All the amenities were as advertised. The kitchen was very well stocked but pretty tight space for cooking at the house or generating a lot of dirty kitchen utensils (small dishwasher). Back den and attached enclosed porch are great for gathering together; although pictured there is no fan in the porch. If bicycles are still in pictures, inquire with the property manager on their condition; there is an excellent bike rental company on the island. All in all a good place to stay. Provided notes to the property manager on how to make it even better. Very responsive to our inquiries.

This house was great. Fantastic location. We traveled with our small dogs, so loved the large fenced in back yard and screened porch. Very clean and had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. We would highly recommend.

Family vacation

Wonderful home and a perfect location with less than a 4 minute drive to the beach and area restaurants. Short drive to the pier. Definitely love this spot and hope to stay again next year!

Great place close to the beach on St.Simon’s Island

Very comfortable place to stay close to the beach. Was very clean . We loved the screened in back patio. Our dogs loved the great back yard. We definitely plan to stay again in the future.

We love vacationing in St Simon's with our dogs, and refine our search accordingly. This was perfect for our needs. Very nice setting area and screened in porch. The dogs loved playing ball in the generously sized backyard. Convenient location as well.

Location was absolutely perfect. Less than 1/2 mile to shops and restaurants. About 1.5 miles to beach. Both easily walkable. Nice safe area. Great backyard for pups

A Nice Central Location

The home was in a nice spot to shopping, the pier, East Beach and anywhere needed to go by car. The home was adequately clean but outside areas could use some attention. Maybe it was the time of year.We were able to walk to the beach and downtown when we had an hour or two. (3 miles or so.) There are plenty of bike trails (rent your own) and everything feels secure and safe. It was a wonderful spot for our dog. There was plenty of room.Thank you for sharing your house.
