Historic corner loft space overlooking the Chicago skyline and Pilsen featuring nearly 20 foot ceilings, private balcony, all new Fisher & Paykel appliances including convection oven/microwave combo and professional duel fuel range, and a double vanity primary bathroom with a 72" tub. Primary Bedroom features a king sized Helix Deluxe mattress and second bedroom has full sized bed. Heated attached parking included and guest parking lot spots also available for $150+/m additional. One block away from UIC athletic fields and the CTA bus stop, and Halsted Metra station. Nearby retail includes 18th street in Pilsen, Taylor street in Little Italy, or Halsted street in University Village. On-site bike storage also available on first floor.

There is plenty of local shops and dining on 18th street, Taylor Street, and Halsted/Maxwell, in addition to West Loop to the north or Bridgeport and Chinatown to the south & east.
この宿泊施設の特徴
This building was used as a cold storage facility for food from the rail yard destined for the neighboring wholesale market, which is now also converted into historic condos. This space having such high ceilings at this altitude overlooking the city is very unique, and the corner unit has wonderful natural light that comes in from the east and south. All of the appliances are new Fisher & Paykel with including a combination microwave/convection oven.
