This large, 2 story townhome/duplex is a perfect place for making memories. The walk-in upper level has 3 bedrooms and 2 baths, living room, dining room, kitchen, breakfast nook, laundry room and a large deck with a gorgeous view of the Lake Pineda. . The downstairs has a living room, dining room, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom and a patio with a lake view! There are 2 kayaks, a dock for fishing or swimming and a large grass yard.

If fishing, you will need a valid AR fishing license that can be purchased at Walmart.

Hot Springs Village is a gated community located about 25 minutes from Hot Springs. You will need to stop, give the guard your name, and they will give you a pass for your car. These are the only 2 gates that guests are allowed to enter through. You are in the mountains and cell signal could be hit or miss so we strongly encourage you to print the directions.
