スタッツォチヴォーニは、19世紀の終わりから5人まで収容できる独立した家です。 2ヘクタール以上の土地に囲まれた静かで静かな町で、周囲の丘とルオゴサントの町の美しい景色を楽しめます。
家は、優れた断熱性を可能にする厚い花崗岩の壁のおかげで夏でも涼しく、大きくシンプルで快適な上品な内装の部屋があります。 ダイニングルームには暖炉と美しい図書室があります。ベッドルーム（1つはダブル、1つはトリプル）は広々として機能的で、キッチンには設備が整っています。 シャワーと洗濯機付きのバスルーム。
外には、テーブルと椅子のあるベランダ、ハンモックのあるリラクゼーションエリア、自然を満喫するための質素なソーラーシャワーがあります。
素晴らしい登山岩のある2ヘクタールの庭園は、子供に最適です。

Maison pleine de charme au calme

La maison de Marzia est très agréable, dans un environnement calme, verdoyant, avec une vue splendide. L'emplacement dans l'île est pas mal, mais il faut compter 25 min pour rejoindre la côte à chaque fois, donc c'est un critère à prendre en compte si vous comptez aller à la plage tous les jours.La maison est un peu fraîche pour le mois d'avril mais doit être idéale pour les mois d'été!Il manque peut-être un peu de nécessaire pour la cuisine (plats pour le four, et peut-être une cafetière qui permet de faire un café unique pour plusieurs personnes) mais à part cela, tout est très bien.Marzia est une hôte en or, disponible à toutes mes demandes et les indications pour la maison étaient parfaites. Merci beaucoup

Beau , calme, hyper accueillant, et très bien situé

Si vous vous rendez en Sardaigne pour découvrir un coin sauvage, préservé de l'empreinte touristique , et vous laisser surprendre par des paysages à couper le souffle alors n'hésitez pas à poser vos valises chez Marzia. La maison est très fonctionnelle et idéale pour un séjour à 3 ou 4 personnes Vous y bénéficiez d'une vue splendide sur les massifs environnants dont on ne se lasse ni à l'aube, ni pendant la journée , ni au coucher du soleil ... Le nord de la Sardaigne permet de multiples petites escapades situées à entre 20 minutes et 1h de voiture de Luogosanto. Que vous ayez envie de randonnée à pied ou à cheval , de plongée, de kayak de mer, de visites plus culturelles ou tout simplement de farniente au bord de l'eau : tout est là. De quoi varier les plaisirs et décider au jour le jour de ce que l'on a envie de faire . Le village de Luogosanto permet une autonomie totale avec ses petits commerces et son mini marché du lundi. Quant à Marzia, vous serez enchantés comme nous, par sa capacité à transmettre ce qu'elle aime de cette île et vous serez charmé par l'attention de tous les instants qu'elle manifeste à l'égard des personnes qu'elle accueille.

Fantastic house in gorgeous landscape

We had a wonderfull time in this great house. The old stazzo is very comfortable and the two fireplaces (kitchen and living room) made it even more cosy. There is plenty of space in the house, the beds are very good, the kitchen well equiped - really everthing you need. The grounds are fantastic - old olive trees, great granite rocks and beautiful flowers. We even had a turtle visiting :-) Marzia is a wonderful host. She gave us lots of really great tipps for the region (including where to get the best food), provided us with plenty of firewood (we were unlucky with the weather) and helped us in every possible way. We will definitely come back! Thanks again Marzia for a wonderfull time!

Casa calda e accogliente, immersa nella natura della Sardegna più autentica. Ideale per famiglie.

Simpatica proprietaria, disponibile e accogliente, sin dal primo contatto su homaway, ci ha dato tante informazioni utili sui dintorni. La casa, originale negli arredi, è riposante e ben tenuta, con una fornita biblioteca. Bello il giardino, nella sua spontanea fioritura primaverile. Lo consiglio a chi desidera allontanarsi dai ritmi frenetici della vita cittadina.

Una casa tutta per noi senza nessuno intorno!

E' una casa tipica, molto bella e silenziosa, in piena campagna, fresca di notte e vicina a tantissimi luoghi interessanti: spiagge, coste rocciose, boschi di sughere, prati verdi e montagne. C'e' l'imbarazzo della scelta...... E a fine settembre e' sempre estate.

I made my choice to escape from the city together with my boyfriend, sailing enthusiast, because we wanted to enjoy the Nature. In the end he left and I’m still here!
I love the silence, the mild weather during winter, the strong light in summer and the the sun. I like to walk on the beach off-season, when it’s deserted. I like kajak when it’s not windy. I like country feasts, in summer, where you can eat with lots of people all sitting together at very long tables and then dancing under the trees. I like to go to Maddalena, because take the ferry is always something special!
I like to go to open-air markets and taste different kind of cheese. I like to lay down on the warm sand in spring.
I like to spend some time in my garden reading a book and looking at the cows, my neighbours.
I like to share this Paradise with others!
