Cozy Cabin

We enjoyed our stay at this cozy cabin. Definitely gives you the mountain living vibes. Hot tub was so relaxing! Our guest contact Ashlee was so sweet and attentive. Only tips I would give is, provide more towels, games for evening entertainment and the cabin was clean but could definitely use a good deep clean.

Beautiful Cabin to Relax In and Reconnect with the One You Love..

My husband and I needed a Cozy place to Relax and Unwind. This Cabin was the Perfect Choice. We enjoyed the beauty of the Mountains covered in Fall Foliage. Saw Families of Deer. Listened to our Favorite Music. The cabin’s only 5 minutes from Downtown Gatlinburg making Dining and Browsing easy and fun. One day we were Rained In but the relaxing Hot Tub made it our Favorite Day. Book this lovely Cabin and feel the joy of unwinding with the Ones.you Love..

Nice Place

We really enjoyed our stay at this cabin and we got to see a bear almost every day. The only two things that were odd/dissatisfying were the lighting situation, and the washer. With the lighting, there were a lot of switches that either did nothing, or you weren’t sure what it turned on or off. Maybe having them labeled could be more beneficial for the guests to understand what they do. As for the washer… while it was very convenient to have, I had to disinfect and scrub the whole thing. It was full of mold towards the top. So I’m not sure who’s been “cleaning” it, but it was poorly done. Communication was about a 7/10. The host was very quick to message me about the cleaning service taking longer than expected, and I appreciated the heads up. But when I sent a text about the fan constantly running in the living room and asked how to turn it off, I never got a reply… so I think more cleanliness, and communication is needed. All in all, we had a nice time!

Save Your Money

Due to the key code being totally different than what was listed online, we were outside for 35 minutes before we gained access only to find out the dishwasher was broken and we had to do dishes the entire stay of our vacation. Then there were to be two cards giving us access to the chalet for the pools and discounts throughout the town, The owner was kind enough to attempt to get us the card. There should have been two. She replaced only one and it wasn't until Wednesday and we couldn't use it anyway. Those were not in the home. Then the limits had to be stripped and washed due to bugs being in the bed. There were only two rolls of toilet paper for us for a week between four people, two of which were children under the ages of five. The grill outside was rusted and could not be used worse than any grill that I've ever seen in a state park! I had to clean the table because there was food left on it from the prior stay. Upon calling verbo I was only given $100. This was a horrible experience for my first and last verbo experience. I will go with what I know and stay in a hotel or at least a realtor-owned property. Not a private owned property. Horrible experience. Horrible horrible horrible. Please save your money and definitely don't use this property. I do have pictures.

Bears and RCs

We took a weekend getaway before school started and absolutely loved the cabin! The location was perfect! We loved being so close to the strip in Gatlinburg but still far enough we didn't hear all the people. We did see a bear or two, but with where you're at that's not uncommon! We will for sure be back! The inside of the cabin felt like home!!! We were able to also play with some of our RC cars along the rocks outside. The hot tub was nice to relax in after the kids went to bed as well!

The most Charming and Cozy Cabin in Gatlinburg

When our family can slip away to Gatlinburg for a quiet weekend and “if” this cabin is available, we will, without question load up and go! Our family has stayed in this cabin over the past several years, multiple times and during each stay, we have loved relaxing at this charming cabin as much as anything else we do. It’s always clean and if there have ever been any issues or questions they have always been answered in a timely manner. The location of the cabin is beautiful. We love that there’s a washer/dryer for our convenience. The hot tub and rocking chairs on the deck are always a hit with our family after a day of activities in Gatlinburg. I love that we have seen bears many times just looking out the window and that it’s close enough yet far enough away from downtown. Just a few minutes drive and you are wherever you want to be. We have recommended this cabin to friends and family over the past few years and all have been so pleased with their stay as well. We alway look forward to our next trip to this cozy cabin and as a matter-of-fact, our next trip has already been planned and booked and we cannot wait. If you can go around the holidays, it’s always decorated for Christmas and it made my heart so full the first time I saw it at Christmas time. Now, I don’t want to miss it decorated each year! ❤️ This is such a fantastic, charming, cozy, family friendly cabin! We can’t wait to be back! We absolutely adore it!

Great location, very dirty!!!

Overall it was a good stay! My wife and I got this cabin for a quick get away weekend. Check-in was smooth and we had no issues there. The cabin itself was filthy. Hot tub water looked like someone dumped a beer in it. We requested the owner to refill it so we could use it and never received a response via text. The bed had cockroach legs in the sheets.. Silverware was not cleaned well and put back in the drawer. Cups were dirty with obvious grime. Kitchen sink was dirty. The electrical in the cabin is very odd.. almost like it was added as an after thought. Several switches we had no idea what they were used for. Living room fan switch was hidden on the side of the room. Fireplace is on a timer which is nice but it was either installed incorrectly or someone broke it say some point as when it says the timer was done, the fire was still going. The only saving grace is that it's within 10 minutes of Gatlinburg! Wasn't a bad stay but could have been significantly better!

Great!

Our stay at the cabin was great! As any property rental the owner provided starter items. My family & I bought anything else we needed during our stay which wasn’t much. We were excited to wake up and find momma bear with her three cubs out on the deck. We watched them until they climbed up the ridge behind the cabin. In the evenings they would return and hang out in the neighborhood. Definitely recommend this cabin to anyone!

Awesome stay!

I brought toilet paper and paper towels,ect. And it was all there ready to go. We just got there and was able to just start our vacation. There are bears. Came right on the porch every morning and afternoon. He or she will walk right up on u so just be mindful When outside on the porch. I will say I would have been disappointed if I didn't see a bear when we came. All in all. Stay was nice. Cabin was nice.

Cabin Stay

Overall had a good experience! We saw bears every morning which is what we were wanting out of staying in the woods. Hot tub did smell a bit weird but nothing you can’t get past. Stairs are a bit wobbly, had to grab onto the rails. We aren’t too picky but those are the only things I can think of. Would recommend !

Nice place

This is a nice older style cabin. Very few issues. One of the biggest things was not enough towels and blankets for beds. One of the coolest things was there was a bear about 12 feet from our front door. Nice place to stay if your on a budget.

Lovely Cabin in Gatlinburg!

Such a cozy place to stay, kitted with the perfect amenities, and just around the corner from downtown Gatlinburg. We absolutely loved the hot tub and would recommend this rental for any friends who want to be in close proximity to all the great hiking the Smoky Mountains have to offer!

Great place!

The cabin was so spacious and accommodating. The bathroom shower was so nice! Close enough to everything but far enough away to enjoy the mountain’s peace and quiet. We cannot wait to go back!

Good but not so good

My family of 6 decided to vacation at this home (3 nights stay). The booking and the check I was excellent. We arrived at the cabin around 1:00 am that morning. We looked around and everything seemed to look decent. One of the girls decided to use the upstairs toilet and it wasn’t working. I called Ashley (the guest host) and I also emailed her. When she answered the phone I let her know about the toilet and instead of her saying that she would get someone over to check it out, her reply was “ It was working 3 days ago”. I didn’t care what it did 3 days ago , I was concerned about what it was doing now. So, with that being said , my family of 6 had to use the rest room downstairs the time we were there. Also, the place was very dusty and had spider webs everywhere. You would think that with the cleaning fee that was charged they would do a better job of keeping the place clean. If it hadn’t been for that , the stay would have been perfect. We were sitting out on the porch and a mama bear and her 3 cubs came down the hill and came on the porch and we all ran in the house. They weren’t aggressive or anything but it was interesting to see them. The location was easy to find and like they said , the gps took us right to it. I would recommend this cabin if the cleaning personnel would do a better job and Ashley ( the guest host) would be more professional when it comes to her job.

Great Time!

We had the best time on are trip to Tennessee! This cabin was so much fun and very exciting. We seen a bear each night we stayed and that was very exciting and fun! The cabin was very nice and clean! A great place to relax after a fun night out!
