Cozy Cabin in Gardiner

The property was beautiful and centrally located around Yosemite. The host was very accommodating and had instructions for how to use everything in the house. Very kind of her to let us bring our dogs who very much enjoyed gawking at the elk from the yard.

Great location for exploring Yellowstone

My wife and I loved this little cabin in Gardiner, only a few minutes away from the entrance to yellowstone and within walking distance of some nice shops and food options.

Perfect place for Yellowstone

This was the perfect place to stay for day trips into Yellowstone. The cabin was clean, had everything we needed and in a convenient location. Terry was very responsive and prompt.

This is a great location. It is very close to the North Entrance of Yellowstone Park. We never knew when elk were going to pop up across the street!

Super Convenient to Yellowstone

Great little house, very close to the north entrance of Yellowstone. Bed was comfortable, kitchen was well appointed. Good location in town, easy walk to several shops and restaurants. Only complaint was that the fenced in backyard was shared with another house. We were hoping to be able to let our dog roam around a bit, but that was not possible.

Great location

The house was clean and comfortable with everything we needed. We could see bison or elk from the front door every day. Close and convenient for visiting Yellowstone and had a dog friendly trail a short drive away. We would stay here again.

The cabin was clean, roomy, and equipped for a comfortable and pleasant stay. Terry and Tim are very good hosts and tend to any issue that may arise or questions you have. Definitely going to stay there again.

Doorstep of Yellowstone

This was a great little cabin. Very clean, well stocked, easy to work with the host. We are a family of 5 and it was tight sleeping wise, but worked fine for our needs. We would stay here again. The elk in the yard at night is a great bonus.

Location, Location, Location!

Absolutely best located individual cabin in all of Gardiner. Terry is an excellent hostess and very responsive to all messages. Cannot beat the scene of elk feeding in the yard each morning - picture perfect!

I was looking for a place to stay in Gardiner and this was the perfect place—located very close to the entrance to YNP. Terry was very helpful and was willing to make some adjustments due to a severe snowstorm that I encountered as I was traveling to Gardiner. Will most certainly try to stay here again next time I am in the area.

Great Stay In Gardiner

This is a small one bedroom property ideal for a couple. Location is fantastic. A few minutes drive into Yellowstone's north entrance, a well stocked small grocery store, and restaurants within easy walking distance. Although it is on the "main road", it is very quiet here, no traffic noise at all. Inside is very clean. We thought the bed was very comfortable, but the living room sofa and chair were not. (they are a bit old and tired) Having a washer/dryer is very convenient. We had a very positive experience here, and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a place in Gardiner. (by the way, we loved the town, everyone we spoke to was friendly-hope to visit again one day)

Perfect location

This property was perfect for my 3 girls, husband and myself. Every morning there would be a herd of 5 elk in the neighbors yard and that was amazing to see up close. We had a vehicle but the property was located by a bunch of restaurants so it was very walkable to everything we needed. Clean and comfy home with everything included to use if needed, I would definitely rent this place again!

So cute..

The place was in the perfect location! It was nice being able to come back to your own place versus a hotel room. I would definitely recommend this place. The only downfall it had was, it was warm in the house. The small window unit A/C had a hard time with the 90 degree temps outside. If the bedroom just had a ceiling fan or any fan at all, it would of been just fine. It was just a bit hot at night. We kept the window open which would of helped, but then the road noise woke us up at 5. Saying that though, the house was great and we would definitely go back again 😊

I moved to Gardiner in 2004 to manage the westernaire motel, my husband being retired wanted to live in Gardiner so as time moved on we decided to invest in the community and found this unique property.

Because this property is so close to my work and has a lot of potential, with my husbands eye for upgrading it has been an adventure and will continue to be. The area is so beautiful with the rocky mountains and Yellowstone park, the wildlife wondering around and coming to visit, there is always something new and exciting to see. A great place to live or play.
