The home features four cozy bedrooms—three with queen beds and one with a twin—perfect for families, couples, or groups of friends. Upstairs, an open loft includes a queen sofa bed, adding extra sleeping space while keeping a bright, airy feel. The spacious living areas are perfect for relaxing after a day of adventure or gathering for quality time.

With two full bathrooms, including one with a soaking bathtub, getting ready is easy and convenient. Enjoy meals at the countertop while taking in the lake view, or spend time on your private dock for ultimate relaxation.

Just 20 minutes from Gunstock Mountain, you’re also within easy reach of Weirs Beach, Lake Winnipesaukee, and Tilton Outlets for shopping. Plus, visit Gilmanton winery and restaurant—a beloved local vineyard where you can enjoy wine tastings set among scenic grapevines and sit down to fresh, Italian‑inspired dishes in the welcoming restaurant. It’s a perfect stop whether you’re sipping flights, lingering over brunch, or enjoying a relaxing lunch paired with handcrafted wines.

Whether you’re skiing, hiking, discovering local attractions, or enjoying a glass of wine with friends, this home offers the perfect mix of fun and relaxation while still enjoying the peace, privacy, and stunning private lake view. This property was immaculate and even more beautiful than the photos. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything needed to prepare meals for 8 adults for a week. The host was very responsive and helpful. I highly recommend staying here.

Most well stocked house ever. Everything went incredibly smoothly. The house, if you can believe it, is even better than the description and pictures show. It was hands down one of the best places I have ever stayed. Private, killer view, incredible comfort, and a a very accommodating host. Being able to bring our dog was just the icing on the cake!!!

The house and yard were perfect for our group. 6 adults, 2 active kids and 2 dogs all got what they needed at this spot! The outdoor space was beautiful and the house had every amenity you could think of! Communication was quick and easy. My only suggestion (if you’re like my family) is to grab extra wood for the fire pit, but if you need to get some, it’s less than 5 minutes from the house. We had a great weekend and would definitely come back.

The house was great and exactly as advertised-plenty of space, clean, great yard and waterfront and included everything we needed to make the most of our stay inside the house and outside. I would recommend this home to anyone looking for an easy and comfortable trip.

What I enjoy most about the area is the sense of calm and privacy you feel in Gilmanton — it’s the perfect balance of relaxation, outdoor adventure, and year-round beauty.

What truly sets our property apart is the privacy. We’re located at the end of a quiet dead-end road on Shalcamp Pond, on a side of the lake where there are very few neighboring homes nearby. It feels secluded and peaceful, giving you space to truly unwind.
