Lovely quiet heavenly location

Everything was easy, and the location was perfect. Loved the pool and being able to watch parakeets and babana quits, mocking birds all from the patio, oh, the sunsets you don't want to miss either.

Beautiful location and magical week in Bonaire. Super safe island with amazing diving. Having the pool and sunset views were amazing. Watch out for mosquitos though. Check in and check out was easy!

Beautiful place, great value

Everything as advertised, absolutely gorgeous views, and well appointed home. Quality artistic details. Easy and fast communication. Location requires some back and forth driving to good restaurants and excellent Van Den Tweel grocery store, however, the privacy worth drive.

Relaxing with great location and view, needs some maintenance

This is a great property with a location that easy to get to, nice neighborhood feel, and a view that can't be beat. The infinity pool is great, especially with the access right from the master bedroom. The place could benefit from some maintenance--some of the furniture cushions need fixing, some of the screens have holes or are coming off their tracks, and we had a mouse in the house two nights (droppings found across a bed we were luckily not using and on the kitchen counter).

Amazing family time in Bonaire!!

Our family planned a scuba diving vacation in Bonaire so, of course, we needed a place to stay. While searching the web, we found Island Time and, more importantly, Kristen, their property manager. Kristen set us up in a wonderful home just above the ocean. It had everything we needed and then some. It was comfortable, clean and well stocked. When we were not under water or on an excursion, our time was spent on the fabulous patio (with a pool). The sunsets from the pool are amazing - a must see!! The property was well secured with an alarm system and a safe for valuables. The development is enclosed and the locked gate is accessed by remote at night. Kristen made everything easy for us. She gave us tons of information of where to go to eat, who to rent vehicles from, and where to go for scuba dive guides. She checked in with us a couple times to make sure things were going well and when we did have a need the response time was very quick. We have already recommended this home to some of our friends and plan on using them again ourselves. Enjoy!!

Lovely villa for a family diving trip

Villa has gorgeous views from covered patio during the day or rooftop at night where there is a nice breeze. Infinity pool is great for dipping and relaxing. Kitchen is well supplied. We made use of the dive tank and hanging rack which is easily accessed down small flight from car. We took advantage of AC in main area for mosquito free lounging! Highly recommend!

Amazing Visit

We loved the location and amenities at this property. It was in a peaceful gated community walkable to a popular dive/snorkel site. The house was large and comfortable and the outside space, especially the pool, was perfect! The small drive to town was easy and quick as well as accessibility to a variety of dive/snorkel sites.

Amazing Views

El Pueblo #3 was a great house working perfectly for our group of 7. Amazing views, just a short 20 sec walk to the ocean with good snorkeling and scuba nearby. Absolutely recommend the house for a stay on Bonaire.

Villa 3 Far Exceeded our Expectations!

Our group of 2 couples plus 2 individual adults stayed at Villa 3 in July 2018. It was a return trip for the couples and the first open ocean dive trip for the young adults and it was the PERFECT Villa for our stay! The cold welcome drinks really helped set the island attitude. Kristen was so very helpful in getting all the arrangement details set, not only for the Villa, but she arranged a discount for the trucks with AVIS and a discount with Dive Friends at Hamlets Oasis. I can’t say enough wonderful things about Kristen and how fun she was to work with!! The Villa was extremely comfortable with big rooms, very comfortable beds and the deck….ahhh the ocean view was why we chose this place! We had plenty of room to stretch out after diving and good rails to hang all the wet gear. The special bonus was the rooftop deck during the full moon week! Don’t forget the bug spray… Although we had a couple issues with the electricity, it was nothing that made things uncomfortable or problematic. Kristen was quick to respond and very helpful. The house keeping/cleaning staff did a fabulous job as well! The kitchen was nicely appointed and spacious with everything that we needed, including a good knife set and dishwasher which got much use! There was even a collection of spices from other guests along with plastic wrap and foil. With the beautiful setting and views, we had no want to even go out to dinner in town! The grocery stores were well stocked and the meat options were plentiful and prepped with many marinades and seasonings. A couple of the appliances were tricky to get started, like the oven and the grill, but just a different system to get used to. The location of our Villa was great and it didn’t take long to get where you wanted to go…..but isn’t that why small islands are so special? Oil Slick Leap became our repeated dive sight many times. Warning: if your luggage gets delayed getting to the island, remember that many of Island Time Villas are in the gated community and the airport bag delivery will not be able to get it to you late in the day because of the security. Tell the airlines you will come fetch it. We LOVE Bonaire and look forward to returning to one of the Villas again!

Secluded, well landscaped, private and quite. Beautiful infinity pool overlooking the ocean! Kristen was very helpful in setting everything up for us. If you’re looking for a location to relax and reset; this is the place. We will definitely come back.

Outstanding Experience! Thanks!

We are a family of seven and we visited the island of Bonaire for the first time in October. We rented villa #3 and we could not be more pleased with our experience! Everything, from the time we booked the villa, arranged transportation and dive shop needs, and asked many questions, was taken care of by Kristen. She took the time to arrange all of our needs and answer all of our questions. Prior to our arrival, anytime we had a request or question she got back to us right away. The service that Island Time provided was much, much more than just renting a place to live for the week! Dennis was waiting for us as we pulled through the gate and took us straight to the house. A bottle of chilled Champagne, some other adult beverages, and soft drinks were waiting for us in the fridge. Dennis took the time to explain everything to us and show us the particulars of the house. The 4 bedroom house was outstanding and we could not have asked for anything better for our stay. There were fresh flowers placed everywhere, including the bedrooms. The deck and pool provided a view beyond belief. The house and area are very secure and never did we feel exposed to theft. The house is alarmed and there is a personal safe in the master bedroom. Dennis also provided us with a local cell phone to use during our stay. The kitchen is very well stocked and the pantry already contained many spices and other items we didn't need to purchase at the store. We really can't say enough good things about our stay at Villa #3. Kristen and Dennis were always available to answer questions or take care of any needs we had. This was our first visit to Bonaire but it will definitely not be our last visit. We will always rent from Island Time Vacation Rentals on future stays. The rental cost of the house was extremely reasonable for what we received but, more importantly, the personal care we received from Kristen and Dennis made the stay outstanding! Thank you for making our vacation easy and comfortable! We will see you all again!

Amazing place with unbelievable views. Feels like your own paradise island.

Everything about Villa 3 was incredible. This was our first visit to Bonaire and the house definitely made the entire experience so luxurious. There were 5 of us, 3 adults and 2 boys (11 and 13) and we were very comfortable. Highlights: The Amazing VIEWS out to the ocean and up to the stars on the rooftop patio. The pool was essential for keeping cool during the humid and hot days. AC in all bedrooms so we could sleep well at night. Fully equipped kitchen with basically everything you need except the groceries. Lots of spices was a bonus! And the secured gate with alarm made us feel completely safe. The only things that could've made the experience even better: Softer beds and pillows. Some were too firm for us. The shower configuration in one of the bathrooms is a bit awkward so it's tough to keep the floor dry when showering. Other details that made the experience enjoyable - high speed internet, drinks upon arrival, great hosts (Dennis and Kristen) and location allowed for seclusion but wasn't too far out to drive into the city for groceries, restaurants or even a gelato run! Villa 3 did not disappoint. Would not hesitate to stay there again when we return. Windsurfing at Lac Bay was super fun and highly recommend the snorkel tour by Woodwind. Thank you Island Time rentals. What a memorable holiday!

Ahhhh, what a view!

This was our first visit to Villa #3 and will not be our last. First, the ocean view from the patio is incredible. With shade all day and very comfortable furniture you can relax looking at the turquoise water below. The infinity pool on two sides allows you to swim and relax with the same view. The kitchen was very well stocked:spices, many appliances including two kinds of coffee makers, high quality cooking pans, dishes, soaps, bags etc. We had to purchase very few items for the house. Cooking was great on the clean gas grill. Even a cooler was provided for day trips! Beds and furniture were comfortable. You really feel like you are at your own home with everything that's provided. Everyone from Island Time is very professional and is prompt to reply if you have any questions or issues. I highly recommend renting any of their houses, we have rented several houses through their company and they haven't missed a beat. The house is very secure, located in a small gated community. Amazing Secluded Oasis

I cannot recommend this property enough to anyone. It is wonderful. This was my third trip to Bonaire for diving, and this is the first property I have actually considered bringing my non-diving family to for a vacation! In the past, I have stayed at two different dive resorts with shops onsight. For starters here, the ease of communication with the owner and the management company were terrific. They answered every question promptly, both in the months leading up to the trip and during our time their. We were greeted at the property, given a tour of the residence, and the fridge was full of drinks! We had a couple of questions arise during the week (about the pool, the AC, and washer/dryer). The team answered us so quickly, both by email and by walking over to check on us. The house is gorgeous. Three bedrooms upstairs and two bathrooms, and a lower apartment with one bedroom and one bathroom. The air condition felt great at night. The upstairs kitchen (we did not use the lower one) was great for a group of foodies, and we cooked at least half of our meals here--it had everything (including an expresso machine). The wifi and TVs were a nice addition, but we tried to stay away from screens as much as possible. Instead, we spent a lot of time reading on the deck--so much shade, so many comfortable seats, such a lovely pool. Also, the roof deck was used for sunbathing and early morning reading. We loved the location of this neighborhood: we walked to Oil Slick for snorkeling a few times, and enjoyed running each morning along the Queen's Highway which is quietly close to the house, running between it and the ocean (about 40 yards from the pool to the ocean, but with a modest elevation drop off). Compared to larger dive resorts, this quiet home was much more to our liking. The nights were dark and we felt safe and enjoyed the solace (some nights in other accommodations have been more like a party environment). For us, driving the speed limit, it was 10 minutes to downtown proper. We easily went into town for groceries and food. And, if needed, a dive shop, restaurant, and bar are walking distance to the south, in the bend at Oil Slick. This place is perfect: the location, the house, and the people. I can't wait to go back. I will absolutely stay here again when in Bonaire.

A wonderful place to stay on Bonaire

The property is beautiful and in a superb location. Great views of the Caribbean Sea. Relaxing on the rooftop patio is a magical experience. The house is modern, clean, and has up-to-date appliances. The property was a perfect place to stay for my wife and I on our week-long dive trip.

A perfect family vacation!

We, a Swedish family with 2 children age 6 and 8, stayed for 8 nights in this beautiful villa, truly one of our best villa rentals ever. (out of several in USA, Brazil, Thailand, Spain). The location is perfect with the stunning sea views. Hassle free rental with well equipped kitchen, clean pool, wi-fi is working perfectly and air condition quickly chills the bedrooms for the night. When using shoes it is possible to access the sea with beautiful snorkeling, just a few steps away. One restaurant is within walking distance, Kralendijk is within 10-15 min by car. Very nice welcoming and service from Kristen.

This is our fourth year in Bonaire and this is my favorite home! It is very private and secure. There is a walkway that you can walk to the Oil Slick Dive spot. Close to our favorite 1000 steps snorkel spot. The home is absolutely beautiful with every amenity you need. The patio and pool are unbelievable with amazing views. I can't wait to come back! Kristin is amazing, she was always there with anything we needed. She even arranged for a dr. vidit for my son who became ill. I can't speak highly enough about Kristin and Rob they truly made the last two trips the best ever!
