Villa TealSea Views is waiting for you at this 2-bedroom, 2 bath villa with a magna (salt water) pool and steps to the Andrea I Dive Site! There are 2 rooftop patios with sea views and lounge seating on the upper deck where you can watch the sunset over the sea - finding that elusive green flash. Step into a tranquil oasis where you can unwind and relax but also be ready for diving with dive locker, rinse tank and outdoor shower. The bedrooms offer a mix of comfort with a king bed and two twin beds (which can be combined for a queen size bed).
The bedrooms are located downstairs, leading to main floor living. The larger bedroom has a new king bed (and USB ports in the bedframe) plus the second bedroom has 2 twin beds that can be pushed together for Queen size comfort. Attached bathrooms make it a private retreat in each bedroom. Each of the 2 bathrooms comes equipped with a hair dryer.
Enjoy the convenience of amenities like a magna swimming pool, WiFi and a washing machine. Full size fridge, Ninja and drip coffee makers, TV, few games and books, plus pool side lounge chairs make this a perfect retreat for guests looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Louvered windows and two separate 2 meter wide sliding doors make sure to bring the cross breeze into the house where it stays comfortable as we are "on the wind" but we also have airco in the bedrooms for those nights when you need additional cooling.

If you’re looking to escape the main tourist areas, you’ve found it. We chose the North End (Sabadeco) because it represents the quiet, serene heart of the island. There isn't a single stoplight on the island and because there is very little light pollution, the stargazing is absolutely world-class—it feels like you’re out in the middle of the universe.
It’s a quiet, residential neighborhood where the most common sound is the footsteps of morning walkers. Your only real "traffic concern" might be the local donkeys who occasionally wander through around 5:00 AM! It is a slow-paced, vehicle-light area that allows you to truly unplug.

We designed this home specifically for travelers who want an effortless, water-focused vacation. While many island homes rely on "sun boilers" (meaning your hot water disappears when the sun goes down), we have a dedicated hot water heater so you can enjoy a hot shower whenever you like.
