Sailhouse East boasts bright, white, and airy interiors with shiplapped walls throughout. Enjoy ALL-NEW features, including granite kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances, flooring, and stylish furniture. Step onto your private balcony overlooking the lagoon, furnished with comfortable polywood seating. Inside, the living room offers stunning lagoon views. The guest bedroom comfortably sleeps three with a custom twin-over-queen bunk bed and a TV, while the master bedroom features a king bed, TV, and access to the shared bathroom.

Downstairs, under the home, guests will find a convenient laundry room and a shared (with the West side) full bathroom with a walk-in shower. Outside, a new charcoal grill and a large backyard leading to a shared boardwalk/pier complete the picture.

We do not rent to anyone under the age of 25. We have no exception to this policy. If you are found to not comply with this policy, you will be immediately evicted from the premises without a refund of any amount.
