This warm and inviting home features a full kitchen, a living area with plush furnishings and a wall-mounted, flatscreen TV, and a furnished patio with tranquil pond views and an enclosed yard for the kids.
Experience a unique side of Florida from this home located just 15 miles from the heart of St. Augustine, where you'll find restaurants, unique shops, and scores of fun and fascinating attractions. Visiting golfers will find themselves within a few miles of some of the best public courses in the area including the King & Bear Golf Course, just a little over five miles west. And don't miss the World Golf Hall of Fame, just three miles north. For additional outdoor fun, this vacation rental is just around the corner from the 22,000-acre Twelve Mile Swamp Conservation Area, with almost 400 acres set aside for recreational activities including hiking, cycling, and wildlife viewing.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles.
Guest entry instructions: This rental utilizes an E-lock, a digital lock that requires a unique code to enter. This code is reset after each guest's stay.

Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors!
Rental Agreement and ID verification are required after booking. If house rules are not followed here is a list of possible charges:
Guest is not entitled to a partial or full refund if removed from the Property for a violation of the Agreement. There are NO PARTIES & NO EVENTS ALLOWED without written permission from the host Guest will be charged what is agreed to be nonpunitive amounts as follows:
$500 for each unauthorized animal. $500 smoking remediation if any smoking in the property. Cost of minimum of one nights stay if late check out beyond 10AM est.
$150/person/day if unauthorized or over the occupancy limit.
The invoiced amount plus $100 (or $100/hr. or a portion thereof for staff hours) for odor removal due to smoke or
otherwise, fines/citations/penalties, replacement of missing/moved items, damages not covered damage waiver,
stains, bed bug treatment, technical support, long-distance phone calls, pay-per-view purchases, tampering with
equipment (pool [a crime], pool alarm, air conditioning, smoke/fire detectors & extinguishers), extra cleaning (including due to illness), and similar
acts & omissions. $500 minimum charge for fixing the plumbing as a result of improper usage. Flushing anything beside toilet paper will cause a backup.
PET RULES: There is a $150 pet fee for up to 2 dogs.
At no time may pets be on any furniture or beds. If pet hair is found on furniture, additional cleaning fees may apply.
You must pick up after your dog. If pet waste is found in the backyard, a $50 pet waste fee will be added to your stay.
