📝 Rental Agreement & Fee Notice
A signed rental agreement is required to complete your reservation and will be sent after booking. Failure to return the signed agreement may result in cancellation. Depending on your booking platform, a government-issued ID and credit card may be required for verification.
Rules:
• No parties or events without prior approval
• No smoking indoors ($500 remediation fee)

Additional Fees:
• $150/person/day for exceeding occupancy
• $50–$200 for early arrival or late checkout (based on hours)
• One night’s rate for checkout past 10 AM
• $500 minimum plumbing misuse fee (flush toilet paper only)
• Additional charges may apply for unauthorized pets, damage, missing items, or excessive cleaning
