When you’re not playing in the river, fishing, or exploring Downtown Hardy, be sure to spend some time around one of the house’s fire pits or enjoy a game of 8-ball in the dedicated game room!

MAIN FEATURES: River frontage (130 ft.) with park like setting; Home with open layout, 2 extra large walk-in closets, dedicated workspace for remote workers, gas fireplace; Media room with 70 in. Smart TV, Smart TVs in living room, bedroom and kitchen; Game room w/ pool table + Pacman game; Spacious decks, furnished deck w/ charcoal grill, seating areas and fire pit; Playground w/swing set, large sandbox and seating area with firepit.

Great spot near Hardy, AR

The place was great and as shown in the listing. Plenty of room for everyone as we had a bigger group of kiddos. The small arcade machine and pool table were a big hit. The extra living space downstairs was great! Host was very responsive and would definitely stay again.

Beautiful updated home that exceeded or expectations

This updated, spacious rental exceeded our expectations. One reason we chose it was access to the river, because we wanted to fish and kayak. We were able to fish from the bank and they had kayaks for us to float down river and fish and play in a few rapids. We also thoroughly enjoyed our time in the cabin. They had everything we needed in the kitchen, plenty of room to hang out by multiple TVs, a pool table and game room. There was also a large deck outside and a couple of fire pits to enjoy but our trip wasn't long enough to enjoy everything. I would highly recommend this for any length of stay.

When our group checked in everything was great, they left for a few hours and when they returned, there was no water to the unit. We are unsure what happened but the line to the house was removed and water was shut off. We did get some alternative help to get access to some water for showers, restroom, etc. but was very inconvenient. We were not offered any discounts on our stay or anything else that would have made up for our inconvenience. We left disappointed.

Perfect spot to enjoy the area!

We enjoyed our stay so much. The house was nice and clean. Property manager was quick to respond. We only ran into three issues: 1 - the sink in one of the downstairs bathrooms was clogged but we had 3 other sinks. No big deal. 2- air mattress had no pump 3- the downstairs bedroom fan worked on a remote that was lost and for some reason the power switch in the room controls all the outlets. This was actually the most inconvenient issue. Phones and the travel fan had to be plugged up in the closet if the light switch was off. And you couldn’t just leave the switch on because the remote wasn’t available to turn the light off. We had a great time overall. Highly recommend.

Memorial Weekend Getaway

This cabin was absolutely stunning — even more beautiful in person! Every room was warm, inviting, and spotless, with thoughtful touches throughout. It’s incredibly well equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. From the fully stocked kitchen to the cozy bedding, we felt right at home from the moment we walked in. The outdoor space was a dream — we spent our evenings around the fire pit (with tons of firewood provided). Inside, the fun never stopped with the pool table, arcade, and for the kids both indoor and outdoor toys, a sandbox, and even a playground! What really made this trip stand out was the host. Communication was outstanding — quick, kind, and helpful every step of the way. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and cared for. Despite us being rained on and unable to float the river it was one of the best trips we’ve ever had. Whether you’re traveling with kids or just looking for a peaceful escape, this cabin has it ALL. We’re already planning our return visit! Thank you Suzanne for having us!
