The Huntly Estate combines two homes on more than 12 private acres, offering space, privacy, and comfort for large groups who want to stay together without feeling crowded.

The Space
The Estate includes 16 private suites with en-suite bathrooms and varied bed configurations, plus a bunk room. Two great rooms with fireplaces and comfortable seating, multiple indoor and outdoor gathering areas, and two fully equipped gourmet kitchens make group stays easy and comfortable.

Pool Availability & Heating Details

May 1 – September 30
• The pool is heated (target water temp: 81°F)
• Please note: actual water temperature may vary depending on weather and may not always reach the set temperature.

April & October
• The pool remains open but is not heated by default.
• Heating is available upon request for $150/day if the average forecasted air temperatures are above 55°F during your stay.
• Please note: actual water temperature may vary depending on weather and may not always reach the set temperature.

November 1 – March 31
• The pool is closed for the season.

Quiet Policy: Please note that The Huntly Estate is in a private, quiet mountain community. Quiet hours begin at 10:00 PM, and guests are expected to respect the surrounding neighbors.

Clean Guarantee: Our Cleaning Fees are backed by our Clean Guarantee. If the home does not meet our cleaning standards upon arrival, we will promptly return to address it.

Early check-in and/or late check-out: may be possible, depending on cleaning schedules and other reservations. If it is possible, there may be an additional fee that would be determined based on the time that you wish to check in or out and the seasonal rates.

Military Discount: We have tremendous respect and gratitude for former and present military personnel. Yonder would like to offer a 5% discount on this home. Some restrictions apply; not valid with any other offers. The only thing we ask is that you present identification in the form of a “CAC” card or a “DD Form 2” card (Blue & Green).

Payment - Cancellation - Insurance: Please review our payment & cancellation policies, along with information about vacation rental insurance.

Long Term Bookings: Reservations over 30 days are subject for review prior to acceptance. A separate rental agreement will be required for 90+ day stays.

Last Minute Bookings: Reservations made within 7 days of check-in require additional verification, including a clear photo of a government-issued ID and a selfie photo of the primary guest holding that ID next to their face (ID must match the reservation name), as well as a photo of the payment method in the primary guest's name. Failure to complete verification may result in cancellation.
