Katie was super responsive and helpful. Last minute decided to extend a couple days, asked Katie if it was available. Without hesitation Katie checked and was able to extend my family a couple more days with zero problem. I would highly recommend Katie and her property!!

We decided on a last minute trip to Pigeon Forge . Our condo was perfect just as described. Very clean and everything you need for a comfortable stay. It truly did feel like home. The location is spot on. It was a 3 minute drive to our favorite activity (Pigeon Forge Indoor Snow Tubing). We stay in there for hours and its a truly unique experience if you feel the need.. for speed...on a tube (For the Top Gun fans). It is only a short 10 minute drive down to Dollywood and on the way out of town we took our annual helicopter ride. The host provided me with peace of mind before I left ensuring I could reach her direct number if necessary .. fortunately no issues but I appreciated her . Mountain views from the 5th floor as far as you can see . Its a must stay here for us on our next visit . Its so nice to spend alot of times driving to your locations and at no point be less than 10 minutes away. And Calhouns rib / steak restaurant a couple minutes down the street !! Lastly .... they have the old school card games . At no point was there video screens out. Between the Dominoes and playing Go Phish after our day out its brought back the days of no screen time. Just good ole cards and games . The way it should be at times !!!!!!!

Mountain Bliss

We decided on a last minute trip to Pigeon Forge, and so glad I came upon this property. Everything you need is furnished in this condo, and we wish we could have stayed longer. It was very convenient to all the attractions we enjoy yet it felt like we were miles away since it sits atop a knoll. The views from the back deck showed a gorgeous smoky mountain landscape and everything was so comfortable. The beds were nice and everything was soooooo clean. And we really liked having the large lighted cross outside as a landmark to find our way back. We will be back soon to enjoy another getaway.

This condo was very clean, beds comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay here. We loved sitting on the balcony for coffee in the morning with the great views. The hosts are quick to respond and make sure everything is suitable.
