Updated house, A/C, walk to town!

We really enjoyed our stay in this spacious, clean, updated home. The host was easy to communicate with and you just can’t beat the location (15 min walk, without sidewalk in the first half of the walk but plenty of room to walk and you will see many people making the same trek). We made use of the grill and enjoyed our time sitting on the porch. Kitchen was in good working order. Check in and check out process was easy.

18th Birthday

We celebrated my daughter's 18th birthday with family and friends. The house's proximity to downtown allowed for the perfect meeting spot for others wanting to join us for a day at the beach. The house was clean with ample space for all to spread out. I would highly recommend this property for others wanting to enjoy the hustle and bustle of Oak Bluffs, but come home to a quiet neighborhood. We had our car, however this house could easily be accessed without one. It was a short walk to downtown, Inkwell Beach, and the bus.

Great home!

This is a beautiful property! Everything was so clean. It was a nice 10 minute stroll to town. Communication was excellent. I would definitely stay here again.

Beautiful home, excellent location

This was our first visit to Martha’s Vineyard, and this home was a wonderful home away from home. We share the rental with another family, and the layout is perfect. We had plenty of space. Other than needing to provide our own linens, the home was well appointed. Including beach equipment, which was key. Also, location is perfect for getting to the beach/shops/restaurants by car, bike, or even walking! Host was readily available for questions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, and would definitely rent here again. :-)

Wonderful Wedding Weekend

Came to MV for my oldest sons weeding. Shared house with my 2 married children, my sister=in=law and nephew. Flow of the house is excellent; clean and uncluttered. Walk to Oak Bluffs is great. Easy communication with property manager. Highly recommend it.

Best choice we made

It is not uncommon for the property to not match up with the picture or description but in this case, what was reported was what we got. There were 5 adults and two kids and all the adults repeatedly said that they loved the property and the kids could roam around the house comfortably without running into things. The first and second floor family rooms were ample with enough seating and space to enjoy. The only complaint we had was that the wide screen tv in the living area on the first floor was problematic. Problems with turning it on. Often had to turn the router off and wait and turn it back on to watch. Not a problem with any other tv. But we managed and truly enjoyed our stay. My wife already wants to return in the future, in spite of the tv problem. It was immaculate, well furnished with new fixtures, and close to town-town and the shore.

Easy, great location

The whole process from booking to checkout was extremely easy. Communication with the owner was easy and they were very responsive with answers to questions. I would definitely rent here again.

Great Stay in Oak Bluffs

My family and I had a great stay at this home over a long weekend. It's a beautiful modern spot with many comfortable homey touches. The location is great! It's secluded enough from town to be quite and private but close enough to walk, though the walk is down unpaved roads and the shortest route is on a pretty busy road. You do have to bring or rent your own sheets/towels though the home has beach towels and blankets. Would highly recommend this home for a family or a group of friends.

This house was perfect. It was clean, nicely decorated and had a well stocked kitchen. It is in walking distance from town which was great. The porch was a nice place to sit and relax at the end of the day! Kimberly, the property manager, was very pleasant to work with.

Plenty of room
