The workspace is both functional and inspiring for working or studying. The second sleeping area(for 2) is located within the office space and does not have a private door; please review the floor plan to be sure it’s the right fit.

Step out onto the balcony overlooking the pickleball courts, nearby train tracks, and a slight Downtown skyline view…especially beautiful at night with the city lights.

Guests have full access to the entire home, including the beautifully curated living spaces, fully equipped kitchen, cozy sleeping areas, office nook, and thoughtfully designed bathroom. We invite you to settle in and enjoy the space as your own. The only area not accessible is one locked closet reserved for supplies. Everything else is yours to relax, unwind, and enjoy.

The community itself is a gem—think cold plunge, sauna, pickleball courts, a great gym, and even a dog park. It’s a fun, active place to be, and I love that guests can enjoy a true taste of Austin living while staying here.
