Step outside and you’re just minutes from local parks, walking trails, Lady Bird Lake, and some of the best coffee, dining, and music in the city. Yet when you return home, the street stays calm, quiet, and easy to relax in.

The neighborhood has a welcoming, creative vibe—tree-lined streets, friendly locals, and a mix of modern homes and original eclectic Austin character. It’s the kind of place where you can take a morning walk, hear birds instead of traffic, and still be downtown in minutes.

Inside, the home has been curated with comfort and style in mind. Guests enjoy hotel-quality beds—including an adjustable king and queen—engineered hardwood floors (no carpet), a premium coffee bar, plush living room seating, and a fully appointed kitchen with high-end KitchenAid appliances. For added comfort and cleanliness, the entire home is upgraded with a whole-house HVAC system featuring an ultraviolet blue-light air purifier that helps reduce odors, bacteria, and allergens for cleaner, easier breathing.

A major standout is the bedroom layout: both bedrooms are set on opposite sides of the home for privacy and are connected by a very large shared bathroom featuring two separate 30” vanities, a deep 8 jetted tub/shower, an electric heated bidet, and bright natural light.
