Jolandas Castle House is amazing! Lots of steps both inside and out, but you cannot beat the location and views. On a return to Naxos, I would not want to stay anywhere else and certainly hope to return one day. Walking the old streets and exploring the shops and cafes within the castle is a one-of-a-kind experience. It was great for our family with young adult children, but could be a challenge for small children or more elderly people. George is a very gracious and helpful host. He arranged for our initial travel from the airport with Naxos Royal who were terrific and who we used frequently during our stay to get to places outside of town. I recommend Jolandas Castle House very highly! Thank you, George!

Jolandas Castle House is better than the photos portray. Beautiful restoration.Excellent host who met us on arrival and walked us up to the castle. Being in the castle precinct, it is uphill from the old town of Naxos. 10 minute walk back down to town through either the labyrinths or outside the old castle gates. We hired a car for 2 days to visit the villages and beaches. Well worth it.Loved Naxos.
