Welcome to Phoenix II 2046, a charming 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom beachfront retreat perfect for a relaxing getaway!

This cozy condo sleeps 2 and features floor-to-ceiling windows in the living room, leading out to a private balcony where you can soak in breathtaking Gulf views. The living area includes a flat-screen TV for your entertainment and a sleeper sofa for additional comfort.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need for easy meal preparation, along with a dining table for enjoying meals together. The primary bedroom offers a comfortable king bed for a restful night’s sleep.

COMPLEX DETAILS & AMENITIES
Phoenix II, sharing amenities with Buildings 1-4, provides an extensive range of facilities that cater to every guest’s needs, enhancing your vacation experience. Enjoy the outdoor pool for a refreshing swim under the sun, or dive into the indoor heated pool located in Phoenix III for a pleasant swim regardless of the weather. The children's pool is perfect for younger guests to splash and play safely. Relax and unwind in the hot tub or the sauna, ideal for soothing relaxation. The game room offers entertainment for all ages, while the grilling area is perfect for hosting delightful outdoor meals. Stay active in the well-equipped exercise room, engage in some friendly competition on the lighted tennis courts or pickleball courts, or enjoy a game of racquetball.

PARKING
Parking pass(es) must be purchased online from Phoenix II. You will receive a Registration Email from Vacation Rental Parking Solutions before arrival that will include a link to register your vehicle and purchase your parking pass(es).

MONTHLY RENTALS

The room itself was in a good location. The ONLY complaint, the den could use more comfortable seating. The couch was very uncomfortable. Normally we would be outside and it wouldn’t matter. This trip a cold front came in.

This was THE WORST condo I have ever stayed in. Communication is poor. Host didn’t communicate. The room was not as advertised AT ALL. We had to kill two roaches. We ended up leaving after night 2 of a 4 night stay! The initial smell of the room is going to punch you in the face it smells so bad. The washer, dryer and a/c are so loud it'll keep you up all night. The bed is two twins pushed together, there was hair from whoever all over it. The shower was disgusting. OVERALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE IN THE ONE NIGHT I STAYED. STAY AWAY FEOM THIS CONDO.

The condo had a beautiful/direct view of the ocean from the balcony. The appliances were new. The condo was clean and the air conditioning worked great. The bed sagged a bit in the middle, but maintenance came and put some slats under the mattress which helped tremendously.

Bed was worn out needs replacing.Came in from beach and maintenace was in room unannounced repairing a door lock. Worst rental of many by VRBO. Will never rent from Liquid Life again.

Beach view was good from the balcony. The two problems we had were 1. the exterminator came through and sprayed the condo. No dead roaches but a few small cockroaches came out during our stay. My wife began to feel a little uncomfortable, hoping that none traveled home with us. 2. Conflicting instructions on how to leave the room (what temperature and how to leave the linens). Oh the dishwasher door is restricted by the refrigerator so my wife washed the dishes instead of loading the dishwasher. Overall it was a very nice condo.

Couples getaway

The view from the balcony was beautiful. The mattress in the bedroom desperately needs to be changed. It was extremely uncomfortable and folded in into the middle. Since we raised the temperature in the room while we were at the beach, we would come back to a smelly room. We are fairly certain it was smoke from previous tenants/renters and possibly mold or mildew from the washing machine. The dishwasher would not open all the way due to the refrigerator being too long for the space.

Arrived Sunday after business hours for liquid life probably around 630pm.. there’s a couch and two chairs in the living room that look like waiting room furniture. No remote in bedroom for tv and couldn’t use tv without it. Called after hours they said it’s not an emergency so someone would come Monday to replace it. Monday around 4 no one had came yet so I called and lady said someone would come that day and was no need for anyone to be there. Went to dinner and came back no one showed up. The following 3 days I didn’t see anyone. Also the fan in bathroom was so loud you couldn’t hear yourself think

Beach view was amazing. Good seating on balcony. Condo had plenty of space for two people. Nice hot shower with strong water pressure. Bed and couch need an upgrade. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and game room. Great restaurants close by.
