Happy Valley Barndominium

A spacious home that sits off by itself but close to anything you would need, such as interstate access, shopping, restaurants, hiking, horseback riding and much more. Enjoy this Barndominium with spacious rooms, comfortable beds, a front porch for sitting out and a fire pit. The open living room kitchen lends itself to a great place for family and friends to gather. A 2-4 person hot tub for sitting out on the great Kentucky evenings.

There is the primary suite on the first floor with it's own private bath and a king sized bed.
Two additional bedrooms on the first floor, each with a queen sized bed and a shared bath.
The upstairs is a large bedroom with a twin over full bunk and an additional twin trundle bed.

The entire house is available to the guests.

Our office is located 40 minutes from this unit. We are available using the app or phone.

Located just 8 miles from Georgetown city center in the beautiful bluegrass countryside. This farmhouse styled barndominium retreat has plenty of room for the whole family; open floor plan, large primary bedroom with connected private bath on the left of the home and on the right are two bedrooms separated by a shared bathroom. The kitchen has a large dining table, all stainless steel appliances and is ready for all your cooking needs - minus the groceries! The laundry room is conveniently located off the kitchen and back door. Serene country views from the patio.

You'll need a vehicle. Parking is on the driveway, there is no room to park on the road. The roads leading to the house are all well paved and marked. There are some curves so be sure to hug your side of the lane and drive slow on the backroads.

**If the Hot Tub is not requested it will not be cleaned or heated for your stay** The hot tub is an optional feature that requires an additional fee of $25/night. Please request the hot tub at the time of booking and we will send you a Special Offer to include that cost. If the Hot Tub is not requested it will not be cleaned or heated for your stay.

Starter items for your convenience until you can get to the store.
Hotel sized shampoo, conditioner, shower gel and soap in each bathroom.
Trash bags, toilet paper, paper towels, laundry detergent and dishwasher detergent.

This is a rural home with limited cell service. It also has satellite internet which can move slowly at times or cut out completely due to weather. Most guests do not experience any issues but please take that into consideration when booking.

A vehicle with all wheel or 4 wheel drive is recommended, especially in the winter. The driveway is steep and gravel. Parking at the bottom is allowed but it is an uphill walk to get in. Please take this into consideration when booking.
If you smoke in the home we will have to charge a $250 smoking fee.
