The downstairs office with its own fireplace offers a quiet space for remote work or creativity. A gourmet kitchen with a large center island and top-tier appliances flows into the formal dining room, ideal for hosting.
Upstairs, the two-story primary suite includes a sitting area and a spa-like bathroom with a soaking tub and walk-in shower. PLEASE NOTE:
1. Guests can choose to have the pool and spa heated during their stay. The standard heating rate is $50 per night to maintain a temperature of 82 degrees. Heating to 85 degrees is an additional $30 per night while heating to 90 degrees is an additional $75 per night. A minimum of two consecutive days of heating is required, and payment must be arranged prior to arrival.
2. Monthly Rentals: By booking this property, guests agree to sign a rental agreement. Check-in instructions will be sent after the agreement is signed. Guests staying for 30 days or more are legally required to sign a California Association of Realtors (CAR) form, which will be provided after payment is made.

All 30+ day stays require mid-stay cleaning by our professional housekeeping team. This is a full cleaning of the house and a change of linens. We pay our cleaners a fair, livable wage and we always strive to hire the best, most reliable, and honest cleaners in the business. This team is the backbone of our company, and they work tirelessly to ensure every stay is a clean one!
Please note that this is a non-smoking property. Any violation of the no-smoking policy will result in a minimum $250 fine.
