この物件はビーチを直接見渡す美しい3階建ての家です。 2013年に建てられました。

1階にはジャック＆ジル風呂を共有するクイーンサイズのベッドと2つのベッドルームが含まれています。 各ベッドルームからパティオにアクセスできます。

2階には、キッチン、リビングとダイニングルーム、ランドリールーム、そして1つのベッドルーム（クイーンベッド）、そして大浴場がある大きな間取り図があります。 これらの客室はすべてビーチに直接面しており、ゲストが家族で楽しい時間を過ごすために楽しむための大きなスクリーンポーチにアクセスできます。 スクリーンポーチからの眺めは素晴らしいです！

Amazing!

The location and views from the patios were fabulous! The house itself was perfect for our family and had everything we needed and more!! We loved it so much that next summer we will stay 2 weeks. By far our favorite beach trip with our family!

Big Mama's was a Great Beach House

This is a very comfortable house and so close to the beach entrance it was easy to get to the beach with a really short walk. The kitchen has everything you want and they even have beach chairs for your use. With 3 Queens and a King bed it was just right for our group. We definitely recommend this house.

Family vacation

Beautiful setting. Easy access to the beach. Nice house. Well maintained. Love the large screened porch and the quiet porch off the master suite. We enjoyed watching and hearing the songbirds that live in the scrub oaks and bushes in the back as well. Lots of construction going on everywhere in Panama City Beach. We are already looking forward to our next beach vacation. Thank you.

Great house

This house was wonderful! Tucked in a cul-de-sac with no walking or car traffic! Ocean view and just a short walk to the beach! We enjoyed the screened in porch! Super relaxing! Will be returning!

Had a great time in Inlet Beach!

“Big Mama” was a great choice for our family. The host was super responsible! Wow, couldn’t ask for better communication! Upon arrival the home was clean, had fresh linens and had a pretty nice view of the ocean. We spent lots of time in the large screened porch, napping and enjoying the sounds of the surf. The home is very convenient to the beach as well as the shops and restaurants in Inlet Beach & Rosemary. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you to the Keel Family for sharing your vacation home with us.

Great location

The property is well kept and clean. The kitchen is nice the patios have decent views of the gulf. Our contact was great to deal with and very accommodating. We would definitely stay here again!

House was perfect. Family and a few of our teen’s friends stayed for Spring Break. Excellent location- short walk to beach and short bike ride to Rosemary Beach. House was well stocked with everything you will need.

Our Favorite Spot

We keep coming back to this beautiful house summer and fall. We love the floor plan, how comfortable the house is and the gorgeous Gulf view. The screen porches are favorite spots when we need a break from the beach. Love that it's a short walk to the beach, but a little quieter than some of the other areas. My children enjoy walking to Rosemary Beach every morning for coffee and a pastry. Everything is convenient to this house, but there is still the charm of an old Florida beach neighborhood. Can't really find a negative to bring up on this one!

Great Vacation Home

Even though we were at the beach during tropical storm Cindy, this house was perfect for our group. Even during bad weather, sitting on the screen porch is so relaxing, and it is close enough to the beach to easily check on the wave conditions. Now that there are more restaurants in Inlet Beach, it is even more convenient for going out to eat. We ate at the Italian Kitchen and Shades in Inlet Beach, and of course, there are may places in Rosemary Beach that are great. I would highly recommend this house; the Keels are very responsive to any questions, and it is a beautiful, quiet, and well-stocked home for families and friends.

Big Mama's House

This was our third year at this wonderful house, and we hope to keep going back. We love the location, the beautiful decor, and the convenience to Rosemary Beach and restaurants. We have a big group, so it is often easier to cook after a long day on the beach, and the well-stocked kitchen makes it easy, as does the closeness of the 2 grocery stores in Carillon Beach. We spend a lot of time on the screened porch; we drink coffee in the morning and wine at night out there, and even if it is raining, it is a great place to be. We appreciate the beach chairs and grill, too! I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a beautiful, economical place at the beach.

Awesome Home

Big Mommas house is the perfect beach getaway! First of all the owner Sue is amazing! The home is very clean and has a very well stocked kitchen. Comfortable bedrooms, spotless bathrooms, and plenty of beach chairs too. The screened in porches (there are 2) are heavenly.... You can actually see the beach/water and hear the gulf surf sounds!! Some days I just skip the beach and chill on the porch with a book. We just love staying at Big Mommas House this is our 3rd stay and the home is just perfect and private. Easy beach access and easy stroll/bike to Rosemary for dining or shopping. Publix is near by and CVS. I highly recommend this home for your next beach getaway. We will return to Big Mommas House!

We loved our stay at Big Mama's beach house. The layout of the house is perfect for our family with comfortable beds and well appointed rooms. The kitchen is very well stocked for all our cooking needs. The highlight, however is the screened in porch with a view of the ocean and a cool breeze perfect for napping!. We almost didn't need to go to the beach!

Big Mama's House is the Best

This was the best beach vacation we have had in a long long while. We had family from NC and GA go to Inlet Beach to Big Mama's house and it truly was a beach vacation of a lifetime. The location and the quality of this house was unbelievable. The pictures do not do this house justice and that is usually not the case. This house was done to perfection and just steps away from the beautiful Gulf of Mexica. Sue could not be more pleasurable to work with...so accommodating. We will be back.

Lovely house in wonderful area

What a wonderful house! It is well designed, decorated, maintained, and equipped. We just loved the screened porch with a view of the beach. Even on hot days, the shade and ceiling fans made it comfortable. There was plenty of seating for our family of seven, as well as a dining table, so when we weren't at the beach, that's where we spent the most time. I would definitely recommend this house and we can't wait to go back!

Perfect Vacation!

This house has it all - great location, great views, awesome layout, fully equipped kitchen, screened-in decks, and more! We have stayed in Inlet beach before and this house is by far our favorite. The owners are wonderful, and we enjoyed every minute of our vacation. Can't wait to come back!

Very happy family!

We loved this house! From the minute you walked into this home you felt like you were in paradise!! The house was clean, beautifully decorated and had everything you could imagine. We loved the views, the layout of the home and convenience to the beach. The owners were amazing to work with. Can't wait to stay there again this year! AMAZING HOME AND BEAUTIFUL BEACH

Everything about this house was wonderful! Both of the decks were so relaxing with beautiful views. Our large family also rented the big house across the street and Big Mama's was the perfect place to get away from it all. There were 6 of us that stayed here and everyone loved it! The Keels were very thoughtful in thinking of everything you would need. The beach was not crowded, even during a prime summer vacation week. We were very lucky we found this gem of a house!!!

Great Home!!!!

We have stayed for several years in the Rosemary/Inlet Beach area. This house was the best we have stayed at by far. The house was exactly like the pictures. Very clean and new, very comfortable. The location is excellent . We enjoyed fantastic views from the main floor porch. The Keels are great to work with. Looking forward to our next visit to Big Mama's.

We built our beach house in 2012! My husband grew up going with his grandparents to Inlet Beach and we are continuing the tradition with our two grandsons!!

This property is very unique because it displays a great view of the beach. Also, it is located in a very quiet area that is extremely family friendly. House is located on a dead-end street where kids can enjoy playing. And, most important is the easy, quick beach access. Only a few short steps to take you to the quietest beach around.
