*Your Pup is welcome, 2 dogs under 50lbs. NO other pets of any kind are allowed.

*NO gatherings allowed per fire code/HOA policies.

*We have small security cameras located outside both the front entry door and the garage entry door for security purposes.

Great golf trip stay

Comfortable beds, nice kitchen and good shower. Located conveniently to golf courses and casinos. Will stay here again next year.

We Loved the safe quiet Neighborhood. A small park was within three minutes walking distance. The notebook describing restaurants and activities was wonderful We found great places to eat using those recommendations. The owner was very responsive when we needed her.

New Year’s 2025

We meet friend in Mesquite for New Year’s have dinner, gamble, laugh & have lots of fun. It was so nice to have a smoke free very nice place to stay while we were here. For sure we will be back for New Year’s 2026.

Great location and so quiet!

This was a great location to use as our “home base” for our trip. We visited the Valley of Fire two days, hiked and enjoyed the beautiful views that the area had to offer. It was so nice to have this rental to come back to after a long day. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen was spotless! Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for our need

We wanted to play Wolf Creek golf course and needed a place to stay for the night. This condo was perfect. Very clean, bright, beds were comfortable, bedding is cozy would definitely stay again. My only concern is the throw rugs next to the beds were slippery and a potential fall risk.

Blessing of great grandson

We so enjoyed our stay. The condo was perfect for the two of us. My husband sleeps on a recliner at home so having one in the condo for him was great. The condo was very clean and we had available everything we needed. We will make sure to stay there when we go down to mesquite again. The owners were fabulous to work with..

Home Away from Home

This trip was to bring my elderly mother to visit a dying relative. My mom hasn’t stayed anywhere in years and never in a VRBO or nightly rental place. The ground floor and spacious cool interior were key to our short stay. The host was great! If I come back this way I would stay here again! Thanks!

Great location near Casinos and Dog Park

Once we figured out the minor hiccups during the check in process, the place itself was a great little escape from the heat. Also within a very short walk to a dog park (which my pup appreciated in the heat). Also a very quick drive to casinos.

Very easy check in andcheck out. Love being able to have a garage when I travel which was very clean. Could not ask for a more quiet neighborhood. Excellent Mexican restaurants the Italian place and the sports bar that are in town. If you have never been before you will love the golf.

Location Location

This condo was in a great location. Beds were amazing and layout of condo was nice. We bought an air fryer to help with cooking as there is no propane/gas bbq available. Would definitely stay here again.

Great condo in Mesquite

Debi is a fantastic host. We love the area as there is great hiking, biking, and golf near by. The condo is in an attractive location in Mesquite away from freeway noise and close to dog park and walking paths. Nice to have the garage for storing golf clubs, bikes, etc. The communal grilling area (charcoal briquette) is not a great cooking option for shorter term stays. Perhaps the condo association could explore installing a couple of natural gas barbecue grills.

Winter Break

Condo is awesome and in a great location! Kitchen is well stocked, property is clean and parking is great since you get your own driveway! Condo is pet friendly and there is a dog park very close which is really convenient. Debi is always great to work with and very responsive. We will definitely stay here again!
