This unique place has a style all its own. A 2nd Floor Condo, 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Enjoy this lovely modern condo with all the amenities it has. Fully equipped kitchen with supplies. The perfect Getaway, With Golf courses, Parks, and Casinos just minutes away.

The Space:
We Offer Self Check-in with keypad! Guests will have full access to free garage parking, Community Pool/Spa/ Work out room, and Laundry within the unit. The unit includes a fully stocked kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms.

Guest Access:
Entire Space is included in this rental. Please make your self at home.

Free Access to parking for RV and Boat on the premises.

Other Things to note:
Pool and Spa and Gym are open between 7am to 10 Pm, The condo unit has a ring door bell Camera at main front door for Greetings and Security purposes.

The amenities were bare minimum. Enough to get by but not without washing a plate so someone else had a plate or sharing a towel. The hot tub was not terrible but not clean and the pool is not heated for any looking for that info.

Everything was great. We really liked the countertop height as we are tall but the king bed was low- but comfortable. You might want to turn the fridge temperature down as my cucumber froze in the bottom drawer. The Hot tub was very convenient and clean and relaxing.

Nice place. Second floor. Would prefer first floor. Condo is spacious but bathrooms are tight. Had early morning noise each day. Construction equipment then land scaping. Loved the location in respect to city activities we enjoy. Nice having a garage but it's tight, be careful pulling in.

Condo was very nice and spacious. Layout works well with the bedrooms on opposite sides. Kitchen well equipped and nice linens and mattresses.

Blinds are broken in the living room so people can see right into the living room sofa where people are sleeping on the futon. Host did not answer my call the first 3-4 times when I was locked out of the house. House was a little dirty when we first walked in and there was food particles stuck to the side of the sink, stains on the sheets and crumbs on the futon when we pulled it out. We ended up washing all the sheets and vacuuming the futon when we first arrived. I shouldn’t pay a cleaning fee if the house isn’t really being cleaned.

Lovely space!

We enjoyed our stay at this unit! Unit was clean. Location was convenient; neighborhood was quiet. We enjoyed having laundry facilities in the unit.A couple of small things we'd suggest are a few more pot/pan options and providing some regular washcloths.

Home Away From Home

Thoroughly enjoyed our 4 week stay. Immaculate home with everything that you need for relaxing, fixing meals, and entertaining friends. Steps from the pool and hot tub, which was a plus. Included garage was great for storing your golf clubs when not in use. A quick drive to Vegas or St George. Bring your ATV or your dirt bike.

Nice Accomodations in Mesquite

My wife and me enjoyed our stay in Mesquite at this spacious and comfortable condominium. We regularly utilized the outdoor veranda despite the chilly January Mesquite weather. The entire condo was well stocked including the kitchen that we used on a regular basis. We would recommend this property to anyone visiting Mesquite and will consider it for our next trip.

The beds were a weird money foam master bedroom had the bed way to close to the ground and not really comfortable. Outside of that the location was great and the condo was great with everything you need. The shower had a squeal noise when you turned it on. There was some random trash under one of the beds and some hair in the showers and washing machine
